Help! Tried to cook this twice but just sticks to the pan. What am I doing wrong. Trying to replicate what we ate recently in central Macedonia. Cheers.
This looks delish...fried cheese, yum. It is not like Saganaki I have ever enjoyed at a Greet restaurant though. No flaming, OPA!? The cheese is normally Kasseri, which is quite expensive. I would try the Feta, but won't skip the flaming brandy.
