Idk I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with a lesser skilled but popular player being on a team for something like this. I didn't know about this story at all and maybe the guy was a huge tool but I don't think he lost to anyone that he shouldn't have lost to or that the other players would necessarily have beaten 100% of the time.

I still think Medoed was in his rights to the slot on the Nation Wars. No one could even call to him to give the slot to anybody. All who demanded it must not do that. And the most disaster thing that had happened to him about this situation were his claims about how much successful and bold he was. His reputation was ruined by this.
Its not having the slot he's in blame by the community, but its his attitude and the background. He's just a cheap troll and he knows that. It's like, let a clown to steal a slot from a real candidate to the election. Yes formally he can, but its a total harm to the community interest, so people are in a right to demand him resign.

I think you have some talent making videos - it's a shame you waste it trying to be negative and slandering content creators with things that have no basis in reality. A very similar thing happened to me back then when SC2 was at it's prime - Nation Wars was not a serious tournament whatsoever, people voted in players they WANTED to see play. That means there were a ton of salty, jealous, and short sighted people that got upset that Medoed got voted into Nation Wars instead of who they think is "more deserving." The same thing happened to me - I am a very entertaining personality of the SC2 community and I had a huge ton of support from people that voted me in because they also did not like people were trying to surpress votes against me. A lot of the things you put in your videos are either infactual, lies, or manipulation of the truth or twisted to be insanely negative. How is it Medoed's fault for being a passionate SC2 player and being voted in? Like what was the point of this video - just you dislike the guy so slander him some more? He signed up to Nation Wars like everyone else, it's not his fault people like him and voted him into an open tournament where the entire point was to vote in popular players. This twisting of history with lies and then slandering the guy's name is just straight up wrong.
