Thank you. I've been working on this Atwood all day and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Your simple comment that "the exhaust pipe has to be in or it won't work" solved my problem. I cleaned the sail switch and five hours later...... It's the little things in life. Thank you for your videos.

Your videos are pure gold my good man!!! This exact thing just happened to my 2020 Jayco. It's still under warranty so I took it in. But I just had no idea what to check or how it all works. I work on all my own vehicles, rebuilt engines, transmissions, ect.. so I'm capable to learn it. I'm watching your videos to gear myself up for when the 2 year warranty is up. Thanks a ton my friend!!!

"if you don't have the exhaust port...if you try to do troubleshooting and this is not installed, it will just flame out on you"....very valuable information, definitely found out the hard way. Great video

Taking my SF 25F to bare bones, taking all ohm measurements, blowing air through all orifices when I could have just found you to get me through this furnace troubleshooting.

This is a really helpfull video. We I did the same style troubleshooting with my furnace but luck. We pulled the furnace out and tried it outside and we got it to work regulating the amount of gas from the propane tank. So after a couple of weeks trouble shooting whenever we had some free time we figured out that it was depending on the amount of gas entering the furnace unit that it will stay on.

Thanks so much for your video, I was able to troubleshoot my gas valve problem with your video and get the furnace up and running again! I ended up having some dust in the gas valve that was blocking the gas flow, and using this video I figured out how to clear that out, thanks!

Watched a bunch of your videos and learned a lot. I like the troubleshooting checks you are doing and explain why you do it and most of all how to solve problems. Of course, I subscribed to your channel. Keep them coming. Oh, and the resources on your website are awesome too.

Great stuff as usual. I would offer a little correction: It is a MICROamp signal. Millionths of one ampere. I'm sure you know that but it was a slip of the tongue. Most HVAC and fireplace techs use a DMM that can read microamps for flame rectification, DC millivolts for thermocouple and thermopile measurements and microFarads for capacitors.

Dakota will have a trade from day one. Awesome. That's how I came up. working with my grandad from a young age. I took a detour with a military career. Got back to the old family business (neon signs). Retired now and still making them when I feel like it.

Oh my God I had no idea you had to have the exhaust tip on to keep it from flaming out. I spent two nights freezing. Originally I found a stuck stuck on sail switch. Fix that part yesterday but kept getting a flame out Didn't realize I need to have the tip on thanks for the help heater works perfect now
