One thing I love about MDS is they are straight to the point. No wasting time. We are here to animate? Alright then let's do it. Nothings like we started this, we had an idea, so when you got good taste bla bla bla

How to you easily search effects in that search bar on bottom left at 1:08. Saw it somewhere but can't remember. Need that workflow hack because going to the effects panel to search every time is slow and clunky. Thanks!
Amazing tutorial! Watched it a few times and saved it for later. Used the first three techniques already. Love your guys' content, and love your courses, big thank you! Keep them coming!
everything is clear and fun but the only question i didn’t find answer for it is how to change all the null dimensions at once (i don’t mean size). sometime i have tons of nulls
4 ปีที่แล้ว +1
You can either parent, let's say rotation, of all the Nulls' to one of them, which means that when one changes, the other will change the same way. Or you can achieve the same result by parenting the values to a Slider, Angle or whatever Expression Control. It requires a little time to set up, but is worth in the long run. :)
Is there a possibility that soon you would make motion designs using Davinci Resolve... That would be really nice. I currently take your tips and try to replicate them in Davinci Resolve... It's super slow to achieve but turns out fairly okay
you guys are DOPE .. the sound designs are very cool thou alongside with everything else much love ❤ at 11:26 the Latter g is actually a path, I'm really curious to know how did you make it that perfect? "ordinary answers not allowed" 😂😂😂😂
I'm using points to nulls but I'm not getting the same effect, it stretches the outside of the lettering and warps it (like it ruins the shape it doesn't stretch it) any advice?
Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge. I was scratching my head trying to understand how the liquid stuff was achieved, with my only knowledge being of the basic stroke technique you led with/Cc mercury/ and vauge knowledge of vegas.
With what Type of letters do you work, these aren't text layers, are they? They look like shape layers... Or are these logos which are split into the seperate letters? I don't get it haha
Do you know any examples or how to go about animating lettering with a thick outline stroke? Should the outline pop out from the letters after it’s written on? Thanks!
I like very much what you can do with After Effects. For me as a non-professional artist, the pricetag of Adobe is too high. Indeed, there are quite a few alternate, even free programs about! I'd very much love to see you take on the challenge of animating text with for example Krita. I know you're very skilled already so I hope you won't let us down. ;-)
ok what have I been learning so far?? up until now everything is crap... this video is Da Bomb!!!! thank you guys, you have opened my eyes into a new world of animation...

What software used in video?
Hi ;) In this video we mostly used After Effects. For frame-by-frame animation you can try Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop or Toon Boom
Can make a specific course on Frame-by-Frame animation for lettering? Like liquid, bubble letter animation.
