These videos are fun, I like learning these by doing the exercises with you. I'm not suffering a speech impediment but I like being versatile and clear in my speech. Also, I'm doing them for relaxation, and playfulness (getting away from eating sweets as a form of 'fun.') Thank you for having a variety of these!
Thank you so much.. for the sharing how to exercise my tounge I'm mild stroke person..at phil.46 yrs old.. thank you so much I will watch everyday your vedio for my tounge exercises.. ,God bless
After my stroke I couldn’t move my tongue at all, and after I some mobility it’s exercises such as this that got tongue stronger. Thanks for taking the time to make this video
Thise exersices are working for me excellent,, If yo ever need something for your videos contact me, im a video producer and editor, the problem is that im in Cancún México, but im sure we can work something online. Thanks a lot, keep doing this.
Could you point in the right direction (if you know)? I have recovered pretty well, but one thing which hinders me is over salivation forcing me to swallow after nearly every sentence. I can find descriptions of the problem but can't find any good ways to reduce/control/treat it. Thanks
Hi Jamie! This is a common problem with no exercise based solution I am aware of other than changing habits (like swallowing all the time) which you are already doing. I'd suggest bringing this subject up to your physician to explore with him/her if pharmacology or more medical based options may be appropriate. Comment below if you also experience this 👇🏼
Thanks for commenting! I can't give any specific advice on this but I would look more at how speech or swallowing is affected as opposed to just not being able to move the tongue to one side. I would check with her Doctor if you have any medical concerns.
Good morning Madam, I can not speak clearly there are many words which I can't pronounce properly. During speaking if I start with speaking slow but after some sentences suddenly I goes fast & everything goes to mess, people can't understand... . Please help me for my better future..🙏🙏🙏

Is it helpful for a stammer?
These are primarily for individuals with oral motor weakness or coordination issues which would not apply to a stammer.
Anyone knows the source of the background song in this video?
Yes! It is Donna Stevens "Keep it Simple". She also has a TH-cam channel.
