Hey bro!!!! It was great meeting you too man thanks for the sub!!!! I caught a zombie coho after you left lol. Like the one your friend had at the dock. Went out this evening and shot a nice 8 pt! Hope you have a great season bro
Thank you so much!!! I'll be honest with you I'm sure they're in right now. This is the prime time for both. Although I've heard whitefish populations are crushed thanks to those crooked commercial boats. But its the right time. I'll be at it next week. Wanted to focus on deer this week. Tight lines🙌🙌
The Steelhead love the Pink. I was fishing for two hours and I switched to pink and got two Steelhead in the same spot in four casts. Didn't even know they were there. I was thinking the river was dead.
Lol, soon as you pulled the first salmon out of the net I said "that looks like a colored up coho" right before you said it. Going to try to get out to Caseville next weekend for some burbs.
Was this in Oscoda by chance? It would be nice to do some fishing when I come up to Tawas this weekend. Any tips or guidance is appreciated I know you don't necessarily want to blast a spot location so if you dont want to say I understand.
Nope it was up north but oscoda has alot of steelhead and Atlantic's right now. I personally like to cast the arctic spinners or body baits like the flicker minnow but guys are doing well drifting spawn
Just wanted to say hello after discovering your channel watching pbs! Cheers from Maine! ❤😊

Great vid, great editing and great work. You make it look fun and easy.

Great video and lure recommendation. Been waiting to hear when the whitefish make their way into Tawas Bay or anywhere along 23 North. Tight lines.

Great vid LT! What weight Artic spinner do you recommend for casting?
Thanks Andy!!! I prefer the 5/8 mostly because I'm dealing with current and deeper water alot of the time
@@LTOutdoors15 Thanks so much for all you do for us. Hope to bump into you soon. Are you planning any pier fishing for whitefish this november?
@andyrunkel8296 😊😊🙌 thank you so much Andy that makes my day! Yep I'm planning on hitting the piers next week.

Great video and catches! Not enough people fish up there. When was this filmed?
It's my favorite part about it lol. I hate fishing crowded places. It was filmed yesterday and the day before
