I just wanna share my emo phase I'm going through right now: *I had an 8 year relationship with the love of my life, I'm 32 going 33 this year.* I thought she'd be the one, but small mistakes on my part ended up being the death of our relationship, and damn the pandemic did not make it any easier. thinking back now, it started 2 years ago that I felt something is off but I played it off as 'we just don't see each other as much' that said, its been 8 months since she decided she wants to break up with me, and me being a total idiot, though she just wanted space... i gave her that. 8 months later, I talked to her, made it clear she doesn't want anything to do with me anymore, and it felt like I didn't do much to not make her break up with me... its still brewing in me, I know this is a fucking long read and its sometimes annoying to read or hear these kinds of stories,. but my point is I'm still heart broken after that time period. just earlier when I woke up, I felt a surge of sadness and feeling empty to the point of crying. this series of emo music with comedic takes is helping me a lot.
