It appears that we can use a Cloud PC without the on-prem connection by using the Windows 365 Business license, where is the documentation for this? Are any additional licenses required outside of the Windows 365 Business license? Thanks.
Windows 365 Business versions support native Azure Active Directory for authentication and the connection to on-prem would be optional. For Enterprise (more than 300 seats), Cloud PCs use Hybrid Azure AD Join, which would require configuring a Domain Controller on-prem or in the cloud connected to your Azure AD instance. @@MSFTMechanics this does not make too much sense to me. What if I'd like to use Enterprise in an a "Cloud only" scenario because I need functionality like mananing Windows 365 custom images, Cloud Print etc? In this case you would still need to configure a Domain Controller?
Can it run Crysis? GTA ? Adobe Premiere ? After Effects ? Davinci Resolve ? Which NVIDIA RTX it has? If this only runs Microsoft why in the world i will pay for month? Google Docs does the same...
Will Windows 365 business or Enterprise work wiht Dell Wise thin CLients? If so can you please share how to configure: I see in my thin client remote destop services but its asking me for Broker server and auto connect list: what should I input in these settings? thank you for the help

Same question. We have both native Azure AD and also a DC VM in Azure on the same vnet. (Though without the Hybrid app installed on that machine). Does it have to be installed and synced to AAD ?
I have a question here: on a normal window pc when ever I download a software it is saved in the hard drive of my PC. And then I install it. What happens in windows 365 ? Where the downloaded file is saved? How fast is it downloaded? What internet connection it uses?
The Cloud PC has its own storage, so the application is installed and saved to its C:\ drive in the Program Files folder. Downloads to the Cloud PC are super fast because it's running in the cloud. You'll see download speeds of up to 10Gbps

Can you create a tutorial on how end users can remote into it using the Remote Desktop apps on various devices? And as an extension, how someone can use Remote Desktop off prem?

Yes, it is, with a M365 A3 license you can purchase any of the available SKU's through an EES or CSP agreement
