We need a test to determine if Windows defender is enough. Comparison between: Kaspersky Free Bitdefender Free Windows Defender With all the same malware side-by-side and with objective results like numbers in an excel sheet. Also include a lot of non-malware to compare the false-positives.
Don't mind but no sure if they have a trail, unless it's like total av you must install then uninstall and then it gives a couple days trial, will check it out
@@jitechsolutionsNo, they do not have an easy to access free trial. And no, it's not worth it to test it. It uses whitelisting technology like COMODO Auto-Containment meaning it just blocks anything unknown, malicious or not.
Can you run a comparison test between Sophos Scan and Clean vs Hitman Pro? I would like to understand if there is a difference or if they perform the same type of scanning and therefore detection. Thank you.
I have the Premium version, is it possible that Kaspersky is the culprit that when I use File Explorer and do file searches on a hard drive that I have, besides I have the SSD, everything crashes, the pc slows down and consumes all the RAM and I have to end the Explorer to return to normal? -sorry for my English
I could be but i think your windows has some underlying issues. Maybe do a sfc scan and dism restore health for starters and see if that helps. Might need to refresh/reset your pc
Gave a sub your doing the tests I wanted to see I had a question about the Process Explorer where can I get that for my system it seems useful to find potential threats
Eset ready to use for expert user u know guys!, if u turn it off real time protection, u already to know what happen next when u install unwanted program right? ,.. And Eset have Livgrid for U dont scared!, Eset task is only showing u where thread hidden behind u!
ESET has active infection Autoit malware is self replicating so as ESET is unable to trace the the root infection stage, the malware will keep duplicating itself and the loop will never end with ESET trying to block it each and every time. However ESET did well in website test but not blacklisting website doesn't mean that Kaspersky can't handle the threat as it was evident on this occasion.
i hate Kaspersky. both products have very similtar. I think Eset improve in detections of this version. A note. If you put the smart mode instead of the automatic one in the hips module. It's a little safer. There are several reasons why I stopped using Kaspersky: - I don't like that it doesn't have NATIVE 64-bit support. I don't like the way the antivirus disinfects. And I don't like that he's Russian. Thanks you for the test.

We can compare them, the samples to have a few good ones in there, hence why we see sometime the unnecessary programs install and rated as clean.
JiTech try Kaspersky on max protection settings vs Kaspersky on low protection settings and see how big is the difference
