- Every obstacle from the June 22nd 2019 Spartan race in Aston Down, UK. I ran in the Age Group 40-50 wave and picked up my second Spartan medal of 2019. Just the Beast to go in October for the Trifecta!

I did my first Super 1 or two years before you in the same place and hot conditions. I bonked near the end that’s how hard it was; those hills were insane. Don’t think a beast at a different location will be much harder. Doing one in August to put that theory to the test!
ahh, lovely race! have a look at the race we had in Austria... climbing up the mountains till 2000m.
Damn, those exposed tube ends at 3:23 should definitely be capped off. That’d make for a pretty nasty ouch

I like the barb wire crawl here WAY more than the one I did. There was no grass, it was all rock 😐
Doing this on Sunday and I’ve only ever done 10k once in my life 😂 should be fun!
