- ►Today on Stoked On Fishing, we head offshore on the Stoked On Fishing Charters 35-foot Everglades with an All-Star crew searching for bluefin tuna. We take out Okuma Fishing Tackles President Doug and John, head of product development. We also have on board Colin and his wife, Amanda from Grundens, and our friend Toby from Mag Bay Lures and Mag Bay Resort down in Baja, Mexico. This trip was absolutely nuts, with the best Blue Fin Tuna fishing we have seen in Sothern California all year. STOKED ON SoCal Bluefin 🤙

I only wish that you shared these particular spreader bars by CaliMade Lures sooner in the 2022 season, because the Nomad MadMacs trolled at 12-15 ran the fuel bill pretty high this year.

Nice video of the Calimade lures in action. I bought my set from Andrew earlier this year but I haven't used them much since I have a small skiff. I have had better luck with the Madmacs on my boat but I always carry a set of the spreader bars with me. I now have some custom made rod holders where I can fish more than just one spreader.

Terrible gaffing. Who sets up a spreader bar with 15 feet of slack between swivel and hook. Then gaff the bellys. Lucky andrew sr didnt lose his hand or get pulled over and drown. Fyi swap those trash stock hooks out for Mustads. Fishing with you guys is seriously dangerous.
Agree terrible gaff jobs. A 4 or 5 inch gaff in the eyeball calms a tuna down quickly, unlike the 2 or 3 inch they are using. That being said, all of my spreader bars are min 15ft in length.
Winching,I was so disappointed when I saw you Winching..Fish is a sport..I thought you guys were going to do it right ..We are not professional fishermen,we don’t do it for a living..It’s a sport and what you did in that video was unsportsmanlike and unethical..Are you that desperate to catch a fish that you have to resort to this..Tight lines
