    I watch all your videos and one piece of advice that you have given to your followers on TH-cam is, don’t overthink it and another one, don’t go down that rabbit hole. Great advice, thanks for sharing !

    I'm relatively new to your channel, but I have watched lots of your old videos. In my opinion, this is your best video. But I'm someone who loves details and explanations. Keep up the great work

    Cool video of course just like them all. I wish I had a 2nd person would save half the time. Must be great to work a detail business and be able to do it together .I did a Lexus sedan today and to wash Decon and one step 3D speed and lake country black pad and gyeon Q2 wax topper. And complete interior detail and engine detail 7 hours.

    Love all of your videos, Phil, but especially the "how-to's." Just started a part-time detailing business as a side-hustle, and I'm constantly trying to learn how to be more effective and efficient. You and Jess have really fine-tuned your processes, and it shows. Thanks for sharing what you've learned with the rest of us!

    I've watched a LOT of car detailing videos for the past 8 years and tutorials on this channel are some of the BEST. I find them incredibly valuable and I really appreciate the straight talk and down to earth approach.

    I came here from Pan. I saw your video on less expensive products. That was good. I’ve liked the last 2. FYI: I watch DIYDETAIL and Yvan sprays the polish on the pad while it is moving to spread it evenly. Also no pressure on the polisher.

    When I work on the side panels, I also like to place a square inspection lamp on the ground. The angle is perfect for noticing the smallest imperfections! 👍 👍 👍

    The owner must be thrilled as this was a huge turn around. The car looks as good as the day it was driven off the showroom floor! Thank you for another video as you two deliver so much to the detailing world!

    I share your flexible approach Phil. No pro but if i want to do another pass in a area why not? lol And i always spot correct so to speak. Off topic but i remember you mentioned something about the youtube logo's. I can attest your video's don't appear on my feed very often..not like they used to. I've been using the SPTA 15mm the last few years. Great polisher to maintain my cars!

      Thanks!
      Yeah TH-cam is failing at actually pushing my videos to my subscribers and those who would actually enjoy my videos. It’s very disappointing. My subscriber to view/watch ratio doesn’t make sense. I would think TH-cam would see that and correct itself….but…who knows these days.

    You really have to keep shaking Synergy for application. Used it yesterday. Finish turned out really good. Phil, what do you think about panel wiping after polishing before putting on a spray sealer?

    • @MirandaDetailing
      @MirandaDetailing  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah I have found that also. We really dont worry about a panel wipe before waxes or spray sealants. its not really necessary we have found.

    Do you have to be careful with plastic bumpers? Or do you treat them like the rest of the vehicle

    • @MirandaDetailing
      @MirandaDetailing  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We pretty much treat them the same, but on plastics sometimes it heats up faster and you have to be careful

    I'm new to machine polishing. Do you think I should go with a short throw 8 or 9 mm or 15mm throw to start with? I really like the spta and couple other 15mm cordless. I'm not having as much luck finding a cordless short throw I like. Any help would be appreciated.

    • @MirandaDetailing
      @MirandaDetailing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi. I would defintiely go with the 15mm polishers. the short throw machines are good for wax/apply application. I would pick up a cordless polsiher like the SPTA. its awesome

    Great video again Phil i always live your perspective. Can i ask please your thoughts about......
    1. From you from your past mobile detailing experience, can you ,to some level, perform paint enchantments as a.mobile considering weather conditions, poor lighting e.t.c
    2. As you ,i have experienced a hold back on TH-cam stats as algorithm promoting short videos. And is a very dangerous practice from TH-cam,
    A. Because shorts dont bring advertising either to creators either to TH-cam
    B. Creators that spend so much time , effort to make high quality content will give......
    You know...the fealing....!!! I know it too ..
    3.... From your business experience TH-cam chanell mainly watched from other detailers,and car enthusiasts and so much from customers?
    You main leading generator channel in the website and some google page at your opinion when it come to customers?
    My kind regards, Markos DESYPRIS

      Hi. Thanks!
      Yeah we used to do our paint enhancements mobile all the time. I would bring a light in case we didn’t have the direct sun.
      Not sure what the future of TH-cam is at this point. If they follow this road they can potentially damage long form content by focusing on shorts. They should stick with what they know best and leave the short videos to TikTok and IG.
      TH-cam still gets us customers which is awesome. But our website also gets tons of views and local customer’s.

      @@MirandaDetailing how your website getting views you think?
      Is SEO issue? Or...a combination of presence?
      TH-cam+FB+Instagram+google business ...witch collect the leads at your opinion?
      Because i fealing that in...social and TH-cam attracts mainly...other detailers and car enthusiasts and no so much customers.
      Is this the case at your opinion after all those years?
