You should use Florges Dipplin. With Flower Veil, it’s immune to having its stats lowered by opponents and being statused. Plus all of its stats go up 20 or more, with the highest increase being +56 spdef.
It can easily out stall most stall Pokémon that rely on poison and such. The only bad thing about it is its typing, as per usual with the Applin line.
