Sean, PLEASE READ - REGARDING FLOORING.
We laid our LVP over top our hardwood floors, and because we had so much humidity under our house, it caused our hardwood floors to buckle, since the humidity couldn't escape the flooring, since the LVP was on top. This may happen since this is in your bathroom. Just want to give you a heads up. It was a major pain, because we had to take up the LVP, then the hardwood, then lay the LVP back down. just something to think about.

Hi Sean. Great video as ever. Have you thought about turning the shower screen into a crittal style. Loads of ideas for this on Instagram. There is paint you can use to paint the window frame dark which also looks cool. Great work !

I had no idea about the utility knife blade 😯 I always just pop it out further to get to the sharp part, I didn't know you can snap it off. 🤯
