- This is the tenth and FINAL set of 100 maps. With this, the 1000 Curation Barrel & Go project is finished. I will be coming out with a formal conclusive video comparing my results with the average (normalized) drops in the near future. Thank you to everyone who came along for the ride!

As someone who was very sceptical about this strat on the very first video you made, I'm glad you've made this long ass run to confirm our suspicions. Huge respect and applause for this gigantic amount of effort, more than I've seen any youtuber put ever into testing a strat by far.

I have only 1 single drop of Unrequited Love, and was full stack. Absolutly insane. Thank you so much for your content, I learned a lot.
My first two Unrequited drops both stacked prior to this test. :P

At last. Must feel good to finally finish this torture. Just want to say i hate seeing a great mind and content creator spend all this time on this. I would loved to see more, maybe another build variant or another mf build entirely. Maybe another strat or something else.
I know the you play as you like and clearly you like the dopamine that this strat gives. Just my opinión as a player that like the exact same style of play.
This strat is clearly for party. Ive drop full apo 7y and nimis in 10 random conqueror alva maps in t16 while just duo..
I have 4 mirrors now and im still farming t16 b2b on the prison and maze.

Absolutely insane bro!, i have a question. why u block the nodes with deli,ritual,etc, etc if u put the BTB.
Because you also want to block those types of scarabs from dropping. You want to increase your chances of dropping the more valuable scarabs (curation, bloodlines, etc.) as much as possible.

Anyone have a source for the math on the best favored map selections? Unless I misunderstood how it works, and assuming the card weight data I grabbed from maps of exile is correct, I believe I've come up with a more profitable set - doubling the amount of unrequited's from this strat.
Between the time I started this 1000 maps project and finished, the mirror shard value had risen significantly. The set of maps I had favorited was definitely one of the best possible outcomes at the time. But I too would like to know the answer to your question. It's not my forte to figure that thing out. I run from Math.
@@snoobae8553 You're right, that would definitely change the results. I just wrote a few greedy algorithms to try to find good combos and compared them with current prices. In case you (or anyone) would like to try it, the best combo I've found is:
Grave Trough, Maze, Defiled Cathedral, Lookout, Wasteland, Underground River, Channel, Park, Waterways, Siege, Arid Lake, Canyon.
By my calculation at current prices, it should be close to 50% more profitable than your favorited maps here - dropping twice as many Unrequited's, Seven Years, and Apothecary's. Downside is no Wraths for the upkeep on Chaos. I've only had time to play-test it for ~20 maps, but it seems good so far.
I should say, more accurately, those good cards comprise twice as much of the total card pool by weight. I don't know for certain that translates 1:1 to drop rates.
edit: In addition, being new to the game (Necropolis was my first season) I don't know how everything works yet. In particular, the difference between "more" and "increased" divination cards. If in this instance they work the same way as each other as a flat additive increase, it would probably be even better to drop a couple favored maps (losing 20% increase) to make the card pool smaller.

Did you break even after all ? I mean u didnt get the full stack but did u at least make any profit ?
I was about 800 Div net positive across 1000 maps.

oh, one important thing. Stacked deck weights are different from natural drop weights, deck = natural^(2/3)
How does that work
@@Drugsanddragonslul well usually ^(2/3) works by taking a number and taking it to the power of 2/3. hope that helps.

i got like 4 hinekoras lock below 200 maps, is it bad luck?
my lock to mirror ratio in affliction was 2.4 locks : 1 mirror (30 mirror sample size), so 4 locks is as rare as a mirror i guess.

@@Xtenz01 if you can get "super unlucky" with a sample set of one THOUSAND maps, then it's just a bad strat. That's a huge sample size, the point of it is that it should normalise luck, and most people don't even run so many maps in an entire season.

@@foreseerx In terms of sample size, I think 1000 trials should be enough to determine the drop rate of unrequited loves.
N = 1000 for drop rate determination does not have anything to do with the div card dropping as a full stack, and thus, profitability.
In actuality, Snoo only had 16 opportunities (since he dropped 16 unrequited loves) to make this farm extremely profitable.
Each unrequited love drop is then a trial (n=16). Each trial is also memoryless and each unrequited love trial is also independent of all the other cards full stacking.
Unfortunately, Snoo not hitting a single full stack of unrequited love within 16 trials is 2.81% according to bin dist formula (n=16, x=0, p=0.20).
On average, it would 2 trials until he hit one since u=3.2. +-2SD would give a range of about 6 drops.
This just means he's extremely, extremely unlucky lol
