Before enrolling in this course I would just draft by tracing items in my closet that fit well to get my fit, but I’ve never made a garment for someone else because I don’t know how to add measurements for someone else… so when you say “make sure you add client’s measurements, are you just adding or subtracting space from your bodice piece used in the video? Which areas are you adding or subtracting from? I guess I’m asking how do you make a custom fit for someone else when your pattern fits YOU? Thanks in advance, love your channel!!!

I like to add iron in facing along the zipper sides. It gives you a stiffer edger to sew on. It makes zippers easer to sew in.
