I was browsing these Snowman Coolers last night before going to bed. Seeing how much they offer for a great price and today I see you've posted a video on them. Must be a sign. Buying one now. Great video!
I would love to see both the T4 and T6 setup in a push pull fan config with stock fans and also a 1 fan and 2 fan config with aftermarket fans for both coolers!
Greetings from Spain. I saw your last Snowman video, and I bought it. I placed it over a i7-3770 (not K), that was being cooled by an intel stock heatsink. The result was 16 celsius degrees lower than with intel heatsink, under stress system conditions. I'm very pleases with my Snowman.
Hey Phil. The CoolerMaster Hyper 103 and H411R are only $29 Au. I can pick one up on the way home from work. They give good performance too and I don't have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to arrive. Value??? I think so. Cheers, Mon from Brisbane.
Thanks Brian for reminding me that I need to get a good cooler for my son's old PC build and for also reminding of this cooler that I seen in one of your older videos.
I bought the T6 and i'm in awe with it. I actually had to change up my case fan profile because at idle they weren't spinning because of how low my idle temps were. It improved my temps by 20C compared to the wraith spire. Less than a third of Noctua's NH-U12S price over here and it seems it has similar performance and noise. Insane value.
Running 10900 NON K on a Snowman T6 dual fan version Ran Prime95 for 2 hours at 25c room temp Humidity 50% Cpu temp 55C(Sometimes randomly 58C) Same system on same ambient condition ran on a h100i Corsair 240mm AIO at extreme pump speed and noisy fan speed Reached 60-65c Nothing can’t beat the snowman coolers
I'm actually running Snowmen T4s on both of my Ryzen rigs (7 1700X/B450 and 3 2200G/A320) and had one temporarily on my Intel rig (i5 8400/B365) and the performance is great. The 1700x is actually even overclocked and the cooler is keeping up fine. I've improved both coolers by adding Noctua fans to them, which did actually drop the temps a couple of degrees.
Nice vlog Bryan. Welcome home. Have looked at the Snowman T6 but can't wait for a month or longer to cool my main gaming rig with summer coming. The CoolerMaster Hyper 103 and H411R are $29 Au. Its a shame that these weren't included in your range. I bought a Noctua nh-d14 yesterday. What a beast. Nice to see your results though. Cheers, Mon from Brisbane

I've been waiting for you to come back to the Snowman. Never been to aliexpress before and I think it's a great alternative even here in the states for a purchase exactly like this.
Are you sure you aren't confusing the 90mm tower versions with the 120mm ones? Always be sure to check the product description and specifications when looking through coolers on Ali. The product photography makes it hard to decipher between the 120/92/80mm versions.
@@Bananagans777 From what I've read on it, it is almost identical to the original hyper 212 EVO. I suspect that it makes a lot more sense than the snowman for most buyers considering you could be waiting a month for the Snowman.
I recently bought the snowman M-X6, a 6 heatpipe, 90mm fan dual-tower cooler, and its wornking great for me, but i was wondering how would it compare to the 120mm T6
I bought the MX6, I am waiting for the shipment to arrive and I will do tests with my ryzen 3600xt - I have searched all over the internet for the comparison between MX-6 and M-t6
@@JuanNoguera20 keep us updated if you can. I'm planning to get either the dual ( or triple ) tower 90mm version or the dual tower 120mm version. I would certainly go for the 120mm version if not for the fact that the 90mm, even with only one fan, comes with two radiators. This should affect the performance a lot or not?
You need to show us how to mount/remove these things. When installing mine, I though I was going to break the metal mounting arms of the Snowman. I eventually got it done, but I dont think I want to ever take it off.
On a budget note there is now an option for cool RGB and performance which would be nice to see tested against it's price class. I am talking about jonsbo cr-2000gt argb.
Have a look at the PCCooler GI-D66A, a nickel-plated six-pipe dual RGB 120mm beast with a shroud and RGB top plate. I replaced a CoolerMaster H412S with this cooler and it made a big difference. Very pleased with price to performance on this GI-D66A.
I came looking to see if anyone had done a review of this exact same HSF. Im rebuilding a friends I5-2400 system and wanted a aftermarket fan to allow some overclock. While not as good as the Noctua I think it will still be a significant improvement over the short stock Intel HSF. Thanks for reviewing this.

If so it would be cool to try it with a better thermal paste to see the temp difference . Also great video and planning to geting some of those snowman coolers for my next build. :)

Rest of the case was so hot that it eventually fried its boot SSD (causing random reboots first). Paid about $15 for a Cooler Master i70C from Umart and got idle temps down to around 40c and around 65-70c under full load. With summer approaching in less than a month its the perfect time to upgrade cooling.

I'm curious if it can get it cool, bcs I'm sitting on 4,35Ghz rn with X5660 and I could go with voltage to the 1,4V and I think 4,6Ghz is possible, but my temperatures in games like RDR 2 are upper 70s in peak, and in for example IntelBurntest v2 10loops of high preset {10mins of max load) temps hit lik 85 celsius. I have a downdraft cooler with 4 heatpipes getting shipped in that should be in the same price range as the snowman, wonder how it would compare. I don't expect the build quality to be the same but I can get a deepcool gamaxx or hyper 212 for under $40 cad (current gamaxx was $24 new) so I wanted something that wasn't a tower.
can you look at the ID cooling SE 207 and bequiet! shadow rock 2? those are really beefy and costs at most like $30. i wanted that deep cool cooler but its too tall for my case (160mm at most)
The packaging goes through hell, and sometimes a few fins are bent, but it's rarely enough to effect cooling in a significant way. Plus with all the protections Ali offers you have nothing to worry about. I'd order one, and if it came with a few find bent I'd demand a partial refund. That way you end up getting the t6 for cheaper than a t4 and now have a few bucks to spend on a better 120mm fan for it.
I always end up just buying the Deepcool Gammax 400, only because it's always in-stock at my local CanadaComputers...and performs well enough for the price. I'm getting tired of buying the same cooler over and over again though...perhaps I'll order one of these just to have around for the next build.

How about budget cooler for under 135mm cpu cooler? Any recommendations
Should I get a snowman cooler as there are many reviews that say that it comes damaged ?
I think no was thinking it too
The reviews I've seen says package only comes like that. Cooler itself comes in perfect condition.
Box is always like that when it comes from China.
I always end up just buying the Deepcool Gammax 400, only because it's always in-stock at my local CanadaComputers...and performs well enough for the price. I'm getting tired of buying the same cooler over and over again though...perhaps I'll order one of these just to have around for the next build.
please compare with Aigo and Great wall's new coolers
