Hi! may i ask you, how safe is to use stripe through payhip? they dont have very good reviews on internet.. lot of people say stripe blocked their account for no reason and kept the money..? do you know anything about it?

Do you have any information re: using PH for pre-orders? I've read the info on their site but find it kind of insubstantial. I'm an author; how do I handle delivery when the book is actually on sale?
13:55 It a physical store address still needed for tax purposes even though there isn't a physical address? In other words because I am American, regardless of what country I live in am I still being taxed by the US and therefore have to set tax rates for every country and state I want to sell my digital products to?

Hi Aurelius, Can you advise me on background image sizes? I uploaded a cool image as a background to my Payhip website - it looks perfect on the desktop, but not on mobiles. On mobiles the image appears as fragments of the whole picture. Any ideas?

This looks great. All looks brilliant I will be creating an account soon. A Big Problem I see is the Products page looks so boring with no attention grabbing features. I'm not sure if I can sell my product using the product sales page because it looks Not Inviting. Please tell them to improve the sales page design options and if they do this could be the only platform I would use. I will still give it a try and see what happens.

Hi Aurelius, could you explain how to work out tax rates. I'm from the UK, so looked on .gov site but although they show tax bands and taxable income, how do I know which one refers to someone who currently has no income, like me? Also, I see you added 'GST' in the example, but what does that mean?
Hi Ray. I'm not entirely sure on UK tax rules as I'm from Australia. GST is Goods and Services Tax here in Australia. It's equivalent to VAT. Perhaps this guide might help payhip.com/blog/payhip-takes-care-of-vat/. Otherwise I would seek professional advice from an accountant.

Please please tell them to improve the sales page design options! I doubt my products would sell with the way it looks, it looks amateur compared to some of the pro sales pages.
Hi Jhon. Thanks for your feedback. Payhip's audience/users are the general public who want to sell digital products. If you are looking for more flexibility with sales page design, I would look into page builders such as Elementor, OptimizePress, and the much talked about ClickFunnels. Payhip's design is simple and straight to the point that's not really made for the typical internet marketer.
@@AureliusTjin That's the issue. I just don't think they can compete with the pro internet marketers unless otherwise they improve their options that would enable them to create pro sales pages. Else I don't think it'll be worth it to drive traffic because it's just far too boring sales page, there is nothing to grab the attention of the visitor. It's too basic.
