Today came with a healthy breakfast Recipe. Crispy and very tasty Cherupayar Dosa with a sweet, spicy, Tangy special chutney
Perfect Recipe for Breakfast as well as Dinner. High protein Dosa for a healthy starting
Ingredients
Cherupayar or Green moong 1 cup
Dosa rice 2 Tbsp optional
Uluva 1/4 tsp optional
Soak for 5-6 hours
Ginger 1 inch piece
Green chilli 2-3
Jeera 1/2 Tsp
blend to fine paste
For chutney
Coconut oil 2 Tbsp
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Onion 2 medium
Ginger 3 inch piece
Curry leaves
Cashew nuts 4-5
Tomato 2 small
Small ball tamarind
Jaggery powder 2 Tbsp
Water less than 1/4 cup
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
