It's so great ya'll are writing thank you notes. A lot of young people today are not doing this. I'm 66, so I've given a lot of gifts over the years and I get so disappointed in young people when I do not receive a thank you note. It doesn't matter if you haven't completed them, just make it your priority and get them out.
