Isuzu does have two power outlets, one is in the top glove box, and the BS6 version is having a much better interior than the old version but still not as good as the Hilux, I own a 2017 Isuzu dmax vcross and crossed over 1.30 lkh kms. Cost of ownership for 6+ years including vehicle cost and maintenance for me is like under 25-26 lakhs till date, where a Hilux will cost 38+ lakh on road, so slightly outdated interior and other features are alright for me personally

Kudos for the Nice comparison bros. I had taken a TD of Hilux last month and was blown away by the refinement ,acceleration and appeal. But the bumpy ride in the rear was a let down. Later I found many aftermarket shocks can improve the ride remarkably. Why can't you do an exclusive video on the available aftermarket suspension for Hilux. I am a novice in offloading and so in the 4×4 space, guys like me who r after some sort of lifestyle vehicles as a second car, as a daily driver or weekend wanderer who need to explore the world of 4×4 vehicles will be of great benefit, if u can do a comparison video of all the lifestyle vehicles available in the market from Jimny to Hilux (I don't know whether the spectrum s much bigger)
The range of lifestyle vehicles available in our market is actually limited. Both Thar and Jimny as proper 4x4 are not exactly serving the purpose as far as am concerned. Then there is Force Goorkha which lacks refinement and a powerful engine . If you are looking for a serious off-roader Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is the only option and of course LR Defender if you have a much higher budget ..I prefer Rubicon for its ruggedness and go-anywhere attitude. When it comes to pick up trucks unfortunately we only have Hilux and Dmax here. I would love to see Ford F150 or Chevy Silverado on our roads but at the moment all we have is Hilux and Dmax . Among those two I prefer Hilux .

I would have bought the VCross if Isuzu had still retained the 2.5. Hilux is a very capable truck but very expensive, I would pick the Isuzu (if the new one hits the market). Both are capable trucks, the Thais swear by both.
I own both, vehichles, dmax v cross 2.5 MT 2017 and hilux at 2023. Both are amazing truck, isuzu has lot more space at back then Hilux, Hilux show its advantages in power n offroad capabilities. I am running 33 inch tyre in dmax and stage 1 remap. Currently hilux is running on 31.6inch BFG. I found Isuzu better looking amongst despite of being old vehicle, though looks are subjective. For Kitna deti h prospective ... almost same hi deti h.. though if u r on speed limit restrictive highway i found isuzu provide more kmpl

No one seems to mention the 10 laks price difference between the two... I was the first person to book Hilux in the state . and still my booking amount is with toyota.. I even informed toyota that i m willing to go for a court case against the rules which prevented the launch of hilux in the state..( payload.taxes issues) Waiting for the hilux....was never ending... Went and bought a Jeep trailhawk....( Informed toyota) to bridge the gap to hilux .. But now can't sell the trailhawk due to rock bottom price offers .. Hence in a dilemma..if to get hilux ( selling the jeep) or not... Hilux is sold at ridiculously exorbitant prices in the state...... Not worth to shell out close to 50 laks for this product..
But I think these vehicles only get sales in Kerala because of people's craze over it. Keralaites doesn't need this kind of pick ups and how can we think about a lifestyle with this on our roads and all?

Bro mostly every indians will go for a hatchback over sedans and suv... and out of 10 only 2-3 percent of peoples will go for a pick-up truck... so that's why ISUZU still haven't launched updated dmax in our country... Toyota hilux already proved that outside in india... Isuzu dont come near infront of toyota hilux.. Performance, life time,mainatance.... Etc... Hilux much better that we cannot compare it with isuzu dmax... Thease people i think just made it for fun...
