I hope he challenges himself to look at the truth. My experience was unbelievable so much so that there are no words I can use to explain to my mormon family what I have been through and am still going through as God saved and continues to sanctify me. No mormon experience holds a candle to being filled with the Holy truth and Spirit. The Bible was supernatural after being saved. Like nothing I had ever known. Pray for this man, and all mormons. 💝 Praise God for your work.

      @callenday6853 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@KnuttyEntertainment But you are missing the part where HE revealed to me that the BOM is deception. Moroni's promise is nothing like what being born again is like and you must be born again to enter the Kingdom of heaven. John 3:3, and try 2 Peter 1:3, Jude 3, and 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

    • @KnuttyEntertainment

@@callenday6853 How do you know what others have experienced? You are not them.
And what exactly was revealed to you? Be specific and honest with yourself. Can you truly say that you know for certain that Nephi is not a historical person? Or did you get a vague feeling that the Bible is the word of God? I can't know what you experienced either, so answer that question for yourself, you earn nothing from self-deception.
But I think you should know that we have great evidence for the Book of Mormon now. We found Ishmael's gravestone in Nahom. We've translated the Caractors document, which contains the preface of the Book of Mosiah. And we've found that 30-40% of the language of the Aztecs comes from Egyptian and Hebrew.
And I know all those passages, they don't disprove mormonism at all. For example, if 2 Timothy 3:16 is teaching sola scriptura, then 2nd Timothy itself cannot be scripture because at the point it was written it was just a letter and not one of the scriptures it's referring to. Therefore 2 Timothy 3:16 cannot be authoritatively teaching that there cannot be any future scriptures. You also have to consider passages like Revelation 11 and 14:6 which very clearly teach about future prophets and scripture.

Knowing the "bible" only is like taking 101 class on God's word (but its not the end). The more "sure" word of God, continuing revelation is the next part (for those that have faith) and want answers that the bible can never fully clarify (especially without "divine" authority)! That is why so many religions exist. Also the evangelicals rely "heavily" on the trinity (yet they disagree with the Catholic church)! So again the bible is a "great start" but it only the beginning, not the end. Apologia have had so many members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints testify of the witness of the Holy Ghost that they have received to the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Church, The Book of Mormon, etc. And yet Aoologia are so determined in their campaign against the Church that they won’t ever receive that witness. The pre-mortal existence of man is very much a biblical concept. Genesis 2:1. If all the host of earth was created by the first week of creation then that proves the pre-mortal existence of man. Genesis1:26,27 describes the pre-mortal, spiritual creation of man and Genesis 2:5,7,18,21,22 describes the physical creation of man. Proverbs 8:22-31 is further biblical proof of the pre-mortal existence of man.

@@nametheunknown_ It's a long video, and I don't have much interest in going through it point by point, but I can highlight one thing. When I opened the video up, it automatically went to right around the 5 minute mark where he talks about the three degrees of glory, so I'll briefly cover that. He portrays us as a works based religion without grace, and that we essentially condemn everyone to hell that doesn't dedicate all their time, money, and resources to the church. That's not true. Latter-day Saints are universalists, we believe everyone gets to heaven by grace alone. We do not require people to do all these "works" (which really aren't works, they're sacraments through which we receive God's grace) either. Even if you refuse to accept the ordinances, we'll still have someone else do it on your behalf just in case you change your mind come judgement day. So everyone is completely free to choose which heaven they'll go to, and that decision is made with a perfect knowledge.
So that's one thing. All his other arguments are similarly straw manned. Is there anything in particular that he said in this video that you want me to comment on and correct?

Why don't modern Christians believe they can be God's even though the Bible says so and early apostolic and early church fathers taught it?
Irenaeus: "God became what we are so that we might become what He is."
Athanasius: "God became man so that man might become god."
Gregory of Nyssa: “Since the God who was manifested infused himself into perishable humanity for this purpose, that by this communion with Deity mankind might at the same time be deified.”

Last year, over 250,000 people entered the waters of baptism and became members of the LDS faith. We are growing leaps and bounds every year.
David Boice, a former evangelical Protestant with a youtube channel called 52 churches in 52 weeks, just got baptized. He visited many, many different churches and found out the LDS CHURCH is the lords true church on the earth.

How many new members joined Apologia church last year? I mean, if you guys are so right and the mormons are so wrong, why is your church struggling? Why are people not flocking to Mesa, ARIZONA, to join apologia?

The idea of becoming like god is called theosis, and it’s been taught in Christianity for 2,000 years. The idea is still taught in Catholic and Orthodox churches, and that’s because the idea is biblical:
First, we are outright called gods, the very children of God (Psalm 82:6/John 10:34) and children can grow up to become like their parents (Romans 8:16-17). And just as Jesus was glorified to rule like his Father, so shall we rule as they do (Revelation 3:21), for we shall also be like them in that way (1 John 3:2). Indeed we are commanded to become perfect like God the Father is perfect, and God would not give us a commandment that would be impossible for us to keep (Matthew 5:48). And in so doing we may become one with Jesus and the Father the same way they are one with each other (John 17:20-23).

There aren't levels to Heaven. Heaven is Heaven and there's nothing you can do to earn your way there, you're saved by Grace and Grace alone. There are no other books, the Bible is the only Book. If there were going to be other books God would have revealed that to us in the Bible and he didn't. It doesn't matter what you believe because there's only one Truth. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. You must be born-again and when you are the Holy Spirit will guide you and your good works will follow. When you believe your works earn you a pass to Heaven you are actually saying what God did in sending His Son and what Jesus did by giving His life to wash you of your sin you are slapping Him in the face saying His sacrifice wasn't enough. It is enough and will always be enough.

      1. There are levels to heaven: 2 Cor. 12:2, John 5:28-29, John 14:2, 1 Cor. 15:39-42
      2. Latter-day Saint believe we are saved by grace and grace alone. We’re universalists, everyone gets into the heaven they want where they’ll be most comfortable. Our good works aren’t for earning heaven, we’re learning heaven.
      3. The Bible talks about 20 books of scripture that aren’t in the Bible, including prophecies about the Book of Mormon. (I’d give the verses, but there’s like two dozen, ask me if you want to know more) Ironically, the only book the Bible doesn’t talk about, is the Bible. The Bible isn’t meant to be a once and for all standard, it’s meant to be a greatest hits album. Chronologically, the last book in the Bible is probably John, and this is how John ends, the true ending to the Bible:
      John 21:25
“ 25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.”
      4. The guidance of the Holy Spirit is the exact reason why most people gain a testimony of the Book of Mormon. Read it for yourself, pray about it, and see where God leads you. James 1:5, 17-21

@KnuttyEntertainment There are no levels of heaven. Revelation 21 and 22 tell us what heaven will be like. Believers will be all together on the new earth and new heaven serving God and Christ. God will not be separating his children on different levels or planets. Women will not be sharing their husbands with other women for all eternity. The other women will not be separated from their families so they can serve as part of your harem of women. The true and living God does not damn people who deny the eternal principle of polygamy. (D&C 132)
Christ has already told us that there will be no marriages, s-x, or families in heaven.
John 14:2 There are many mansions, not levels.
2 Cor. 12 There is the atmosphere, outer space, and where God dwells.
I Corinthians 15:40-42 says nothing about heaven, levels, degrees, three, kingdoms, or telestial. There is a unique glory/beauty of things God has created in the heavens. The sun, moon, and, stars.
There is a unique glory/beauty of things created on the earth.
In the resurrection, everyone will be given a body that will never die. Some will spend eternity in heaven with God and most will spend eternity in conscious torment in hell paying for their own sins because they refused to accept Christ's payment. (John 5:28-29)

Are you saying that the many things that Christ did that are not mentioned would include requiring people to give him 10% of their income, checking for valid temple recommends, and promising men the ability to practice polygamy on their own planet?
Do you recall Jesus Christ requiring 10% of anyone's income? The blind man, the lame, the lepers, the woman at the well, the demon possessed man, those raised from the dead, and the thief on the cross............?

The Bible never speaks about the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon contradicts the Bible, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the later teachings of Joseph Smith.
Jesus Christ never said that anyone needed to believe that the Book of Mormon is true.
I have read the Book of Mormon. God has revealed to me that it is false. Jesus Christ told me that I don't need to believe the Book of Mormon is true. I have a witness of the Holy Ghost. 🕊
There is an evil spirit (Ephesians 2:2) that guides and controls people.
James 1:5, when read in context, in speaking about the various trials that the early believers were going through. They should pray and ask God for wisdom.
John 17:17 Thy word is truth.
The Bible is God's holy word.
The word of the Lord endures forever. There will be no Book of Mormon in heaven.
There are 24,300 manuscripts of the New Testament alone in three different languages. We know that what we have today is more than accurate. The Bible is the best-selling book every year. Jesus Christ said that his words would never pass away. ❤️
God did not forget to include anything we would need to know. The books not included in the Bible are historically inaccurate and contradict the books already in the Bible.

@@KnuttyEntertainment The Book of Mormon does not say that we are saved by grace alone.
2 Nephi 25:23 saved by grace after all we can do.
Moroni 10:32 you must first deny yourself of all ungodliness then is his grace sufficient.
Have you done all that you can do?
Have you denied yourself of all ungodliness?
There is no such thing as learning heaven. Brad Wilcox teaches that not Jesus Christ.

Instead of going after Mormons try going after Catholics who LITERALLY practice prayer to saints and mother marry. Is that biblically sound?

I hear what you are saying but there are differences. Many Catholics pray to saints for the same reason you might go to your Pastor or someone you spiritually admire to ask them to pray for you. You see them as a 'prayer warrior'. Catholics see the saints this way. Many will still pray to God themselves but also pray the Saint to also petition to God on their behalf as well. I am not Catholic and don't practice this but I can understand it and know this particular practice doesn't change their view of the trinity, for example or their need for a Savior and realities like us all being born in the flesh with sin. These topics are more concerning within the LDS church. Works based salvation can be a concern with Catholics too but not necessarily in the same way.

@@averagewelder750 let me change the language. Within LDS doctrine, keeping specific covenants and rituals that would commonly be termed as 'works' (no disrespect) are necessary to be exalted to celestial kingdom. Using same word to mean different things due to the additional scriptures. Our view of salvation would be more like combining what LDS believe is salvation and exaltation together. There are not 3 levels of heaven, but rather one heaven that is with God eternally and God is defined in the whole of scripture as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He cd he 3 in 1 and unique in his nature and make up as 1 being because he is God. Even the pronoun is not fully sufficient because he is not a specific sex like we are. But he and Father, within many cultures, fit many aspects of his relationship to his, such as we take 'his name', He determines our 'make-up'/ identity, he's a protectors, provider, etc but he also comforts, nurtures, feeds us, etc which is more commonly associated with a mother.
In regards to bring a perfect judge also, Protestant Christians believe there will be a judgment, but if we are truly clothed in Christ's righteousness as Bible tells us, we are heirs with him, meaning God sees us as blameless, even though our actions could never be. We will have a different judgment than those who have not truly believed. Our deeds will be judged as well, but the payment for sin is already covered by Christ, and if you don't pay for your sins, the Bible tells us we will be with God eternally.

I have studied theology for more than 60 years, and I am amazed at the stupidity and ignorance if this false minister!!! Just as a kitten can become a cat, we can become as our Heavenly Father! This fool tries to twist the true meaning of Biblical scriptures! Heb. 12:9 states that He is the Father of our spirits, Paul states to the unbelieving Greeks on Mars hill that WE are His "OFFSPRING"!!! Christ also stated that to call no man in earth your father! Also, Christ quoted, to defend Himself against blasphemy, in John 10:33-35, Psalms 82:6 "Ye are gods and ALL of you are the CHILDREN of the Most High." Continued...

The only religion i know of that the members dont even agree with their own church teachings and leaders. Man in red says at the begining " haha i agree with everything you just said" ...and brother thats exactly one of the problems, sure you might agree but the church you attend does NOT agree. I have much more respect for the real LDS members that back up their prophets teachings vs these new age LTGQ sell out members.
