Great knife with these few changes. Firstly, change the geometry where the knife goes into the handle to prevent cutting yourself. Secondly, you are correct about the handle. Replace the pins with more robust pins. Other than that, they are great knives.
I have this and the larger butcher knife both arrived with loose handles lol. I think I got this one before they switched to 1075 which I didn't know until this vid. I like it. The blade is a bit bendy for some wood work but still useful at many tasks. Nice job.
