it's realy, really interesting to see whether Twitter could become the western world's WeChat - ie. one service channel that handles all little business requests. The web bots are actually super annoying, they're often clumsy and inefficient. I'm not in any way in Twitter's downstream regarding income, but just the idea popped up as I was listening to Teresa's speech about the conveniency of sending a small text and getting stuff done (TM).
