NEW AC Infinity THERMOFORGE T3 Enviornmental VPD Heater OVERVIEW and TESTING

  • DESIGNED FOR GROWERS
    The ThermoForge T3 heater is engineered specifically for optimized temperature regulation in grow spaces. The PWM-controlled build utilizes 3 separate PTC plates to offer 10 true heating levels for precise warmth output. In addition to heating, a 10-level fan mode is available for fresh air intake.
    Access temperature and VPD triggers in addition to timer and cycle programming via the onboard controller. These smart controls utilize a corded sensor probe to instantly detect environmental shifts over an extended range. The VPD (vapor pressure deficit) triggers account for ambient temperature, relative humidity, and the plant’s leaf temperature. This optimizes nutrient uptake by allowing you to control growing conditions more precisely than if you were to rely on temperature and humidity alone.
    Featuring built-in hosing, the heater also includes a detachable hose that extends its reach by 4 feet in length. This makes it possible for you to target specific areas within your environment and to set it away from your grow tent.

    I ordered saucers and lifters from you guys a few years ago. I had no idea y'all were focused on "grow tent gardening". 😅 Pretty cool.
    You guys are great BTW. I've ordered more stuff since then and the prices are good, the delivery was quick and the customer service is spot on.

    I may have missed you saying this but if not, the Thermoforge can also be used as an In-Take Fan as well to bring fresh air into the tent (stated on AC Infinity’s website) which is absolutely amazing because now you don’t need to have two in-line fans (which take up a ton of space if doing a closed setup). Already have mine pre-ordered (they ship out by May 1st). Have a great grow and harvest everyone, Namaste.

      I got one early and absolutely love it. As far as using it for supply air? It would work if you can tolerate the loud fan. You're better off supplying air with a purpose built inline intake fan. You only need heat 12-15 weeks per year anyway. In-line first then get this great heater...🙃🦚

    • @PhillyJuggalo
      @PhillyJuggalo 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@billybudz it will only be loud the higher the fan is set lol naturally of course, but if you only have a 4x4 it wont take much like level 3 or 4 maybe 5 at max but I doubt that. It also depends how many plants you're growing as well. Me personally I'm only growing one right now that's filling a 4x4 by itself. Inline fans though take up 2-3 times more space too and I dont have the space to put another outside my tent which then I'd also need to get another carbon filter with it as well and I wont put one in my tent because then that takes away space for my light to be raised, so yeah when it comes down to it this will be perfect. Btw if you tend to put inline fans on 5 or higher they normally start to get loud too lol. Also remember this is the first model which will get updated in the future but this is also the first of it's kind so yeah there will always be a learning curve and no one is saying its flawless we are just more focused on what it's actually capable of doing. Btw heat isnt great for just winter but to also create a perfect drying environment as well, space heaters drop and raise 3 from the temperature you set where at this one is more accurate and will kick on even if it goes down 1 degree which I think is great because then you have a more consistent and accurate dry every time and scientifically proven the more you stay 60/60 your flower will almost always dry exactly 7 days which then even helps add up to better product in the end flavor and potency levels. So if theres a tiny bit of noise its definitely worth that tiny sacrifice lol. Have a great grow and harvest.

      I have one now! With my 4" intake set on 2 and the 4" exhaust set on 1, when the T-Forge kicks on (69pro+ set to auto mode which is level 6) it's louder than both circulation fans. Even a clip on fan would supply intake air if positioned at the intake port. The heater is awesome but for intake??? Not recommended based on my hands on experience. The exhaust port on the heater is barely 2.5 inches!
      Not a dis!!!✌️🙃

    • @PhillyJuggalo
      @PhillyJuggalo 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@billybudz yeah and like I just said buddy once you go past 5 it starts to get loud for any even in-line fans starts to get loud at 5 but I haven’t needed to even go to 4 for my in-line so like I said before I wouldn’t need as high as a level as you so roughly I’d need to go 3-4 max which is half the power that you are using meaning half the noise too. ✌️

I ended up using the UIS plugs instead and an evaporative humidifier so there is no need to use distilled water. and well the heater wasnt out so Iv been rocking a vivo sun heater which does great as well on a UIS plug. If the basement stays really cool like ours, what use is the hose without any kind of insulated sheathing on? By the time the heat gets to the grow tent its gonna be constantly on and condensation build up in the hose and your energy bill will take a hit. Think i'm gonna take a miss on this and stick to a good ol trusty mini heater that's worked for years.

    I wonder what the ambient temp was and how many btu's it outputs 🤔
    Could you heat a tent in a seperate structure. Enough to not to cycle on to often when it's low single figures outside, maybe dipping below freezing

    • @gardensupplyguys
      @gardensupplyguys  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A little confused by how you envision the setup as separate structure in single degree temps.
      Its 520watts max power… its powerful but it sounds like what you are thinking may not be enough BTU output to maintain optimal grow room temps with such a low varying external temp to outside grow tent ⛺️

      I have a Gen 1 that no longer works so naturally I took it apart. Not impressed with the main contol board. Sloppy soldering and no name I.C's on the tiny board that would be a nightmare to fix. Also the main board had some writing on it like it was reworked in the factory. I just got the Gen 2 one week ago under warranty and I am resisting the urge to take it apart. The main difference I can see is that you can use the Gen 2 without the controller 69.The T3 has 3 contoll boards, main, power supply and a small board for the ultrasonic disk. Power supply and ultrasonic boards are off the shelf. Main board is proprietary/custom.

    For pushing this product on people who don't know any better, you should be ashamed of yourself

      @@GrowTentGaming-pj4yrI have my lights on a digital timer. I was thinking about connecting them to the contoller 69. Is there any benefit to doing so? Other than turning them off and on? I can dim my lights on the driver.

      @wambsganz8 I bought mine for there sunrise sun and sun set feature but either than that it's feels just like every smart system with the same features and way more expensive I would honestly just stick with the digital timers

      Well we hope you enjoyed the video 🤓
      Breaking down the product is what we do on new releases. It helps us better understand the products ourselves as growers we support. It is not our intention on this channel being a sales platform. If you choose to shop with us we thank you for your support 😎👍
      I understand getting new releases in high demand can be frustrating as we all want them now if we need the solution 💯💯💯
