Hello! Dior gave it as gift. It doesn't matter which level you are, I have a friend who got this pouch on Silver level. And yes, If you aren't in Silver or Gold level - feel free to ask Dior client associate whether they have the pouch and ask them if there is minimum purchase to get it.
