    I have done this many times for my inner peace for my healing but our mind has been always workin cant stop thinking,cant stay in one place. she can't stay alone with in me 😔 🙏🙏🙏🍃

      @@ginaagrade5436 The problem of today's ordinary human is that we are too dependent on our physical sensory means. To calm your mind and stop your thoughts from speaking to yourself within you, we must cut down these senses as much as possible. Sit in your room at night with earplugs on or make an arrangement so that the room is absolutely silent. Switch off all the lights and make the room completely dark. If possible keep something in your room that has a nice natural smell so that no other odors disturb you. Keep your stomach as empty as possible. Close your eyes, sit in a comfortable position. Chant 'Om' with each breath and make the breathing as long as possible so that the number of breath taken in a minute goes down as much as possible and try to focus and lower your heartbeat. At first you won't be able to focus much. But with time, you will learn to quieten your mind and reach a stage where your mind is just idle and neither you are sleeping nor awake. It's a very strange feeling. Just another dimension.

      @@KarmicVagabond Welcome buddy. But remember, food, the fuel to the body, also determines how calm and poised your mind will be. Certain food takes a lot of effort to digest for the body and releases a lot of heat. People on Satwik diet are more likely to have a calm and poised mind...
