I finally understand why the translation sounds strange to me...At 0:50 The "月下美人" she said is actually the name of a kind of flower, not literally a beautiful woman in the moonlight! It's epiphyllum oxypetalum by the way if you don't know.
This poem and Michiru's poem made me cry because it is so amazing!

Why she doesn't have enough screen time not in the movie or in the series.I hope they will remake the sailor moon series with Hotaru in action it.:(
