She's really comforting someone who is unsure and scared, and telling them its okay. She's asking they stay strong, but only so strong as to keep their eyes open. I love how the other Inner Senshi have an inner monologue for their poems, but Makoto is reaching out and trying to take care of someone else in hers =)
