One thing I did wrong at first - when I passed the rope under the first two I did it up too high. Make sure you pull the rope under the first two (typically up high on the djembe) and then pull it down. Then, go back through the middle and pull it down. Hope this helps someone.

if you do it the other way .over two, under one, over one, under two - the knot will lock itself and cannot flip back
That’s an alternative method you prefer?
@@OddWoz the knot locks itself, so it doesn't untie until the next one is made.
