Li Qin looks gorgeous but I feel she's always wearing the same hair styles in historical dramas. Some actors or actress always seem to have the same hair look in different dramas. I wish they would create more new styles for them as they do in changing clothes.
Marcus your updates are a breath of fresh air .... without any unnecessary hype, you inform about the current activity within the complex Chinese film making "juggernaut". Which is so unlike the content posted by other bloggers who busily dissect all aspects of a film project right down to whether a so called idol actor "deserves" screen time as objectively he/she is "just" a beautiful looking person but apparently without professional merit since he/she is not known to have undertaken certified acting training! It is indeed a pity that the internet has given a far ranging voice to so many who while admitting to no personal limitations, find plenty to belittle in others. I, myself, am in awe of all these seemly "incompetent" actors who tackle with various degrees of aplomb what I myself am unable to even contemplate ever attempting to do!

Is it my eyes or did Zhang LingHe's tie reach down to his knees? Bahahaha. I'm looking forward to Bai Lu's new drama, which I now see, include two members for the cast from The Double. Must check it out then! Chen ZheYuan looks great and a lot "older" since Hidden Love, but I still don't see the visual compatibility with Li Qin. Lastly, am totally stoked over those action scenes with Cheng Yi! I always liked watching his martial arts segments. Sometimes I just ff and just watch those. There aren't many C-drama actors who could do what he does since they don't come from mo-si schools any more when doing wuxia dramas. I only know of one other actor who did. Have a great week!
