We bought two Eddie Bower bags for a Disney trip to easily pack in our luggage and then use at the park. Now we use it ALL the time. Never thought we would, it really is a go-to bag. Light strong and functional. We bought a green and a dark blue one. Makes a great quiet bag for archery for a drag rope, gloves, wipes, wire saw, lunch, snacks and two drinks. Super super light weight with great pocket designs and I love the way it folds into itself for storage.

Yeah, the pack is pretty versatile and such a great value

Great idea. I do the same. I either carry a folded haversack or a $19 Waly pack from the sporting goods department.

Slick addition to your set up. Having something that you can walk away from camp and carry some essential is something more people should do. Mine is incorporated into the ruck i run and I can unhook it pretty quick then off to the races.

Thanks! Which pack do you use? Yeah both my main packs have detachable “day packs” but on the kelty Its more of a Fanny pack and I find it awkward. On my SG It involves removing the harness off my main pack to attach it to the lid. I get that half a Lbs to the untralight crowd is probably too much but ….

@@BlackFlagSummitClub I run a HPG Ute with a Tarahumarra attached. I leave the harness on it so I just unclip it and its ready to go. Holds about 15liters approx. but that's enough. Most comfortable packs I've ever used.

NICE! I have heard lots of good things about the Tarrahumarra (I think this what the pack in the Terminal List s1/ep2?). I think my next bag is gonna be a MR 2DAP PR simmilar. I just picked up a Eberlestock Switchblade but havent used it much yet

@@BlackFlagSummitClub Its a very versatile pack. Good for running, biking, hiking etc as well as functioning as a larger pack pocket. The yoke on all HPG pack is the best.
