Ok guys, I was able to fix my ps4.
I turned of the router box, unplugged the cable from the router, checked off "connect to internet" (make sure the check mark isn't there) and turned off my ps4.
I waited 2-3mins, turned on the ps4, checked the "connect to internet box" and let me router take it's time to restart and all the lights to turn on properly.
I then entered all my wifi (router info again) including the name and password.
Somehow this fucking worked.

Bruh I watched like 20 tutorials and almost spend 2 hours trying to connect mi internet, I almost cried and rage, When my dad came home from work he asked “ does your ps4 works” and I said no why, then he started laughing and said “ I know I bloked the internet and u can’t play any online games” he also blocked the hub and all that’s stuff I’m dead imao 😂💀😭 ( but now I can’t do anything and I’m the one that cleans all the house :( )

@Buttercup 7u7: That's mean of him to do that, why would he do that? Does he know that you have to be connected to the internet in order to sync your trophies online MP or not, or you would get "missing timestamps" all over it. Tell him to reconnect you.

Owen Crosby no it’s still happening but sometimes this works if when it’s gets stuck loading hold the home button on the controller and click enter rest mode then restart the ps4 try again and repeat this process till it works it took me 2 hours once though 🤦🏽♂️ but it still works sometimes good luck

I did something and it actually work! So some of the ports needed for the ps4 should be closed so to open them there are 2 ways : seeing the closed ports and opening each one of them or turning off your router for 5 minutes and then turning it on because this should open them automatically

Incase this didnt work for anyone and tried everything else and failed miserably like i did, i brought a wifi range extender and that did the trick. Hopefully it will stay working for me!

Same here. I do all sorts of stuff. Turn off router. Take off cables. Change DNS settings but it's a hit and miss.

I have been trying to fix it for an hour and a half. Finally decided to search up a video and this is the first one and it instantly fixed it Thankyou.
It really works. I only had to do the first part. I was a little scared if I had to do the second part.
It doesn't work for me. In my case, I think the internet chip inside the ps4 is broken I can't even connect via wifi.
This worked. I knew it was something with my PS4 settings or something, because I use the same LAN cable for my Xbox and I always have had no problems with the network connection. Note: You will also have to sign in again into your Playstation account on you PS4 that's just how it works when you reset it signs your profile out of the system so don't freak out when the PS4 doesn't sign you in.
Pretty sure at least for me in my experience, if I don't sign into my PS4 for an extended period of time, it tends do that and it's very annoying. For my Xbox it has no issues just update the system and you're good. Only drawback for me on the Playstation network. It can just be a pain on how to figure out how to reconnect again.

Did that with me if your phone has mobile data try useing it's hot spot and then connect to it and then try to connect back to your main Wi-Fi worked for me
