Ok guys, I was able to fix my ps4. I turned of the router box, unplugged the cable from the router, checked off "connect to internet" (make sure the check mark isn't there) and turned off my ps4. I waited 2-3mins, turned on the ps4, checked the "connect to internet box" and let me router take it's time to restart and all the lights to turn on properly. I then entered all my wifi (router info again) including the name and password. Somehow this fucking worked. Good luck you guys and I really hope this helps some of you!!

Owen Crosby no it’s still happening but sometimes this works if when it’s gets stuck loading hold the home button on the controller and click enter rest mode then restart the ps4 try again and repeat this process till it works it took me 2 hours once though 🤦🏽♂️ but it still works sometimes good luck

@Buttercup 7u7: That's mean of him to do that, why would he do that? Does he know that you have to be connected to the internet in order to sync your trophies online MP or not, or you would get "missing timestamps" all over it. Tell him to reconnect you.

I did something and it actually work! So some of the ports needed for the ps4 should be closed so to open them there are 2 ways : seeing the closed ports and opening each one of them or turning off your router for 5 minutes and then turning it on because this should open them automatically

Did that with me if your phone has mobile data try useing it's hot spot and then connect to it and then try to connect back to your main Wi-Fi worked for me
When I try connecting it says the IP address failed and my phone is literally on top of the ps4 so it shouldn’t fail and I restarted and everything and it won’t stop saying failed for IP address
