I love how the interviewer asked Andrew about his wellness as him as he dawns the Evan character. That is someone who obviously learned from the show's lessons about mental health. Kudos.
I saw him as Evan Friday and he was phenomenal. I have yet to get over it, I'm still broken from it, and I don't think I'll be able to listen to the recording the same way again. Like he said I defintley saw myself in Evan, and found out more things about myself by seeing the show. The way he portrayed Evan was so authentic (and how Mallory portrayed Zoe) it was amazing.
Does anyone else now want to read that essay he wrote about Evan at the beginning of the show? At any rate, so excited and thrilled for Andrew and I can't wait to see him soar. =D Thanks for the great interview!
i watched him a couple weeks ago and it was soooo good so i’m going to go see the play again!! it’s a really inspiring play and it makes me want to be a good singer but that will never happen
