Namaskaram amma. Had prepared this for family and neighbours some 3 months ago. Ever since the lock down started am cooking food for workers in our apartment complex. About 40 people, everyday. Am seeing your recipe again this morning at 6am to make Bisibelabath today for them. Please bless me amma. Am making this is a huge quantity for 4kgs rice 3 kgs dhal and plenty of veggies. Deivame..... I tried this recipe today. Turned out really well. I did this in one pot meal method (your other version of sambar rice). Instead of regular sambar powder, i added this varuthu aracha powder and kasakasa. Taste was out of the world
Marati mokku pota romba tasteaa irukkum. If u put first kadala parupu then Dania seeds theeyadhu. Great ma'am ur . I just gave suggestion and u positively took it and sent a heart. God is great.

If suppose it becomes thick how much hot water needed to make loose.. I think u can give in detail for beginners like us... Thanks in advance.

Thanks yet again mami for another recipe. If you put some kara boondi over the sambar rice it become bisibela. The bisibela bath sold in hotels doesn't have ellu or dry coconut.

For those who are familiar with azhakku, this makes to one azhakku (3/4 rice and 1/4 paruppu). 5 azhakku is one kg, so that works out to 200g like mam has mentioned
Mami ur recipes awesome. In ur recipes I tried rava idly and rava dose. But it is not coming properly. Idly came so hard. Dosa not coming from tawa. So share some tips. It will help
