Ford Explorer power steering assist fault message on , No power steering ?

if your Explorer has steering assist fault message on dash and even No power steering work , Mostly problem is internal failure steering gear ,
it need a New power steering gear .

Is the 2011 Explorer Rack n Pinion compatible with a 2013 ford explorer?

There are two types of steering gear , Auto park and none .
I'm not sure compatible with '13 . Ask dealer part they willing to answer you .

I have a 2013 ford explore 3.5… codes C1B00 C200D U0415 U3000 steering wheel don’t move left or right can this conclude is the rack n pinion

C1B00 C200D are internal steering angle sensor problems and U300 is control module. May need a new electric Rack n Pinion gear . Sorry for that, my one is 11 , I replaced it also .
