    Thanks for this video. I got my first bar MU today because of this (no box)! The box made it all click. I was actually scared of the move until I practiced on the box.

    I've just joined and started a CF box.. I'm a complete noobie to all this..

    SUPER interesting. I've been chicken-winging BMUs for almost 10 years now. That works to get maybe 5-6 BMUs in a WOD, but it's high time to get my technique fixed.

    I do 2 footed. Is lowering to 0 a better progression than going to 1 leg, etc?

    Why on earth would anybody call that "muscle up". A swing up maybe, those aren't muscle ups.

    I’m stuck on the 2 skinny red bands. And I’ve lost 15 pounds because of your advice in an earlier video. Stuck at this plateau
