SUPER interesting. I've been chicken-winging BMUs for almost 10 years now. That works to get maybe 5-6 BMUs in a WOD, but it's high time to get my technique fixed.

I do 2 footed. Is lowering to 0 a better progression than going to 1 leg, etc?
It's the big kip part I can't get. I never get high enough in the drop in .. how do I do that?
Does anyone know here know a great jumprope brand?
