I heard about Elina on a reaction video by The Charismatic Voice. Elizabeth is amazing at what she does and now I have found Elina and will forever be enthralled by her amazing magic. What a beautiful woman both on and off stage.
Superb singer. Wonderful voice and acting skills. I like her personality. She is very direct and does not waste time ingratiating herself with the interviewer like people often do on chat shows. It' s refreshing to head straight into interesting content in an interview.

I think that acting should be the starting point of Opera. It's plays with music not music with plays. What I mean is that to be a great opera singer/ACTOR you should first and foremost know and understand acting and then use your singing abilities to push forward those boundaries and really touch and captivate your audience. Otherwise it becomes just noice. Elina is this and then what's next. She really dare say impregnates her Acting with beautiful singing which comes across and births in beautiful performances. Truly one of the best Mezzos to have grace the opera stage. ❤️❤️❤️
Old comment but yes I agree. What makes her performances so compelling is not just the singing but the wonderful acting. Some opera stars do not have acting skills and it really hurts the performance.
