Edimara has a beautiful sunny disposition and such a gorgeous smile! This Italian mum series is definitely the best on this channel. It's nice to see someone else win for a change, although I definitely want to try Martina's food. You certainly don't win as many rounds as she has if you aren't a great cook!

poor Edimara, the one mum didn’t like blue cheese and the other didn’t like pears😅 but she is so sweet, I would love to try her food❤️
yeah she was dead on arrival. Too bad because pears and gorgonzola are a fantastic combination, if you don't mind either of those things. I applaud her on her willingness to experiment and think outside the box though, overall she did a great job.

I Agree she not afraid to let others shine, I like the fact that none of them are catty and mean…they give criticism but not in a mean way like some of the other videos I have seen 💖💖

Yes, I agree. It should be about cultural appreciation of various ethnic foods and constructive criticism specifically geared towards improving recipes, not some spectacle where people make outrageous put downs and spit out each other's food.

So basically Edimara’s one is an acquired taste cos of the pear and Gorgonzola. Wouldn’t it be better if all three had to make risotto ai funghi so there’s fairer judgement of their risottos?
We were asked to make our own version of risotto, so we had the freedom to choose what ingredients to use. Edimara was unlucky cause she didn’t know that I don’t like pears and Selene doesn’t like gorgonzola 😅

Edimara likes to choose very strongly flavored cheese. She used gorgonzola in this episode. But in a different one, she chose to use pecorino Romano cheese in her pizza when the other moms were using mozzarella and parmigiana reggiano.

really? She played it really safe with this one. Her risotto is basically your standard run of the mill mushroom risotto. It's good...but it's the traditional recipe, nothing really creative there.

Actually gorgonzola, pears and nuts is a very classical combination of ingredients here in Italy for risotto.
I just love Edimara, she just makes me smile every time she eats. These ladies are so kind to one another and just a joy to watch. They’ll even occasionally say “I like this mama’s dish, I want to get her recipe” and that’s honestly one of the highest compliments you can give to another cook
This is one of the fairest and pleasant groups to watch. The ladies have great personalities. They really spend time looking for the good in the dish and effort and not ripping the other contestants apart. Love the Italian Mamas. Brava Mamas!!!

Out of all the other "try other's food" videos from BuzzFeed, these Italian moms are the most respectful, fair, and open-minded. They seem genuinely more curious about trying others' recipes & supportive of the other mama's who do a good job. Love this group!

I looked up the pear and gorgonzola risotto. It's a real recipe with lots and lots of examples and variations available. I'd not seen it before, but it looks quite interesting.
I like how Edimara is original with her recipes. I don’t like pear either but would be willing to try it.

I just love how respectful these mums are. Whenever there’s criticism it’s constructive or they admit it’s just not their taste personally. Very classy. They don’t go over the top to insult someone’s dish. I love Martina’s channel, and I love watching Selene and Edimaras creations too. I actually love the pear and blue cheese combo too. I’m right there with Selene. Blue cheese is horribly foul to me. More power to those who like it, but personally when I eat something I didn’t know had blue cheese in it, it’s hard not to gag no matter how delicious the rest of the dish is 😭

Edimara's food is always different and out of "traditional " and I really like that
Pears and gorgonzola are a classic pairing in Italy, nothing new about it. I love it topped with walnuts
I love how Edimara experiments with her recipes and doesn’t necessarily stick to the traditional ways. She’s also always so pleasant.

How nice is that Italian people have deep roots to their cuisine , however they judge nicely and humble way the other person dishes without insult other moms and their efforts. I love to watch this trio. Other groups most of the time quite harsh and critic to others food and always convinced that their dish is the best ever... I would love to taste Italian moms dishes.

i really like these ladies. They critique the food fairly, without being unnecessarily mean. No one is super sassy and thinks their crap doesn't stink. You can see how each one of them are passionate about their food and italian food in general!
