FPS dropped really bad. I used to capped it for 120, but now only 60. When there's a lot of smokes and fortifications the fps can go to 40 or lower. Especially when the tower in D sector of ascended, is falling an there's debris everywhere. It might be 20 seconds of cinematic for some people, but that's 20 seconds of power point presentation for me. For some guns, I get the idea of holding breath, but I need to use a lower capacity magazine just to get the same result with season 1. And that's with holding breath. I'm so sad with engineer's weapons, especially M7. It become useless now. The recoil is bad, the stability is beyond usable and holding breath didn't do much. I even increase my vertical sensitivity to +50% and put every foregrip and muzzle for compensating horizontal recoil.
7:32 Quick add here, the LMG is not technically unlockable. Even playing via Operations you're not specifically unlocking a gun, you're finding a SKIN for a gun. Extracting with said SKIN, glitches the game into unlocking the gun for you. I do not see this as a feature or "they made it that way". This screams a glitch, an unintended way to cheese a gun unlock. FPS is really bad, and the lag from connecting to other parts of the globe are noticeable. Also, SBMM would account for why one game I get high on the board with kills and stuff and then the very next match the top 15 on their team all have Marshal badges and wipe the floor with our faces
OK, I have been thinking long and hard about a point. Operations get to choose their map. I have two gripes. One, Let Warfare choose their maps as well. Two, dropping players into a map that is half finished or even at the end of the play is NOT acceptable. I had one mission that lasted 26 seconds and was then over. Only use Fresh Start Maps. Devs can certainly figure a good implementation of this.
The new update is garbage, the recoil changes are shit, the map changes are shit, the new maps are shit, the performance has taken a major hit, the audio is completely fucked.

Its proven and prove able that it isn't in operations. If they don't have it in ops, where games are much much smaller with multiple maps. And with how they remove base features in fear of queue times. It doesn't make any sense for them to have it in warfare. I still do not think there is sbmm in warfare

Game is so frustuating to play. Getting killing from random angles, deaths i cant predict. Spawn kill after spawn kill, new maps are ass too. Trainwrecked is good on KoTH, better than A&D. I wanna love the game, but it's getting harder and harder to do
Agree, I find myself quiting and going back to play 2042. When I first played the alpha it was great , now there are times I can't even move or spawn I get killed.

4:11 63/64 players is definitely their equivalent of a loading bar stuck at 99%. Fun fact, developers use loading bars that get stuck at 99% because the loading bars aren't an actual indicator of the load status. They're a psychological thing to help users be more patient with the actual, potentially slow, loading process. The 63/64 players count has no bearing on the actual players in a lobby, even though it looks like the number slowly creeps up; it's to make people think they're about to get into a game when really it could be longer
63/64 reminds me of Battleog for BF4 and the player spoofing to get you to join servers because they showed them as "nearly full" and we had to get a blasted plugin to negate the spoofing systems
Yeah, I agree about the fps loss. My 1% lows for fps on an amd 7600xt went from 75 fps to 50fps. Completely devastating to happen in a gunfight 😢 I left a negative steam review over this.
Every time they have pushed an update, the game has annoying stutters, like full 200ms frame drops during gunfights. It's particularly bad on any ADS with magnification or using the tac aim. I haven't touched anything in the settings since I last got it stable a month ago. Used to be able to run a pretty solid 160fps on high settings with 3090/5900x and a fiber internet connection. Dropped everything down to low and medium and still get the stutters.
Glad to know I am not the only one having the same exact issues as everyone posting under this comment. It's a shame. Having those stutters as well and it makes the game, in combination with that shitty knife's edge map, unplayable for me :/
After realizing that they avoiding questions about sbmm/mmr, making changes which does not make sense brings me to the decision to stop playing this game. It's like everbody before me have said: frustrating to play.
This is literally exactly how it feels. Got a gaming PC for the first time in freaking 7 years. First I installed BF1 which I never played and was blown away by the graphics, atmosphere, and awesome high quality gameplay. After that I played DF and man… it felt like a cheap, plasticy piece of garbage. Extremely boring, 0 personality and retarded gameplay mechanics. Uninstalled right away.
Either one of these are possible fixes for the stutters (worked for me), -reinstall graphics drivers/recompile shaders in-game -go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings > Change advance power settings > Usb Settings > Disable USB selective suspend setting But yea the updates really did something to the game performance/optimization

@@mr.exceptional YES! it is SBMM....besides putting you against/with sweatlords sometimes, it also ensures you "lose" a few games from time to time to optimize engagement. They can't have you winning all the time and get bored...hence the bot-like players on your team in matches you are meant to lose. I get literal bots in some of my matches...they just run in the open and stop feeding free kills to the enemy.

yea last season i also got 50 % ish win rate, every lobby felt sweaty, when really i toned down my action (not dealing damage, not taking point, basically not playing the game) is when lobby felt way less sweaty, people didnt dome me in the head every 10 second. i dont know if i want to play anymore at this point
Here's my steam review for this game : Ok so in the first week of December when the game released, i played 70hrs and at first, it had SOOOOOO much potential to be great, but they ruined it YET AGAIN....... Here's the rant: SBMM in casual modes (why), ranked mode is actually not a ranked mode (???), maps are trash, AWM = 1 shot sniper from 46m away, shield character absolutely broken, just the hero shooter thing in general is bad, smoke everywhere, weapon balance (full auto AR's or SMG's are like lasers from 150m away AND this is while headglitching because bullets come out of your forehead and not the actual barrel of the gun, we are in 2025 btw lmao), audio is so messy you can't hear sh!t in warfare mode, no server browser, cringe voicelines, tanks are so OP it's literally insane, wallhacks from LUNA who just got buffed in the last update, the cheating problem and last but not least : THE FU**ING FPS DROPS TO 20fps EVERY 10secs ON A 3K€ PC like maaaaaaaaaaaaaan COME ON...... is it that hard to deliver a simple combined arms shooter ?????? In this game when you're an average to good player and get matched into higher lobbies, you peak = you die, that's as simple as that, you can't even move your toes, you get beamed from 5 guys headglitching, it drove me insane i uninstalled the game and i refuse to touch it again until they address this, if they eventually do.
Haven't lost any frames, but I got a shit ton of stutters that started creeping in for 20 to 30 minutes following the game's first boot, then it settles down, kind of obnoxious.
I went from 110-120 FPS in borderless to frame drops below 40fps. Had to install old drivers and swap to fullscreen to make it playable. This is on relatively low settings. I'm on a Ryzen 7 6800 and Ryzen 6900xt. They're a generation old but we're not entry level. I shouldn't be having issues.
I played a little bit at launch, and after a while just wasn't feeling the itch to log in and play. I'm over sbmm slop, I want an actually casual experience where my gameplay performance will be reflective of my skill.
Sbmm is good for Delta Force that way if it launches on console I won't have Enders and all the people that have played 6 months before my first game, in my lobby
What I hate the most about the fan base for Delta Force and the people that shill this game is no matter how valid your critique is; they either call you a crybaby or say that it's a skill issue. Even though it's a completely valid complaint and is something that any reasonable game developer would change. The game overall just feels so much worse in every aspect.
i love it when youtubers make ted talks about a video game when the devs don't make it exactly how they want it to be. The only thing that makes sense is your rant about SBMM which I agree with. However: - just because new guns come into the game doesn't mean they have to be "meta". Honestly, I'd rather have average guns be constantly added to the game every season as opposed to meta guns added every season solely because they are "new" and "attractive". Take tarkov for example. Almost every update there is a new gun that comes in and it instantly becomes meta because of how broken it is. Every wipe is just a meta gun simulator when it really shouldn't be like that at all. I love the fact that they've added "average guns" because it expands what a player can use and doesn't limit the gunplay to a meta. new doesn't have to equal good. if every update they added a new gun that was considerably better than every other weapon in the game then the matches would become stale and everyone would be running the same weapons until the next update, where the cycle repeats. - the shield operator has been severely overhyped in terms of its strength and he's so easy to deal with 1v1. there are so many things you can do to fight him. no need to rant about him. - overall stability for all weapons has been increased but attachment benefits has been decreased, so not sure what you mean here - lunas buff isn't even noticeable. All operators are strong or even "OP" in their own ways especially if played correctly in the correct environments. - don't get caught in the open if you don't like flinch, or play toxik to negate flinch. - the 63/64 players probably just means those who are still in matchmaking and have yet to be put into the game. Your lobbies are probably empty at first because you are one of the first to load in, and then the rest of the players load in afterwards.
I, personally, would NEVER, EVER, EVVEERRR want to play a Battlefield style game in a tournament setting - therefore SBMM is just ass in a game like this to me. Combine that with my other gripes such as bullet damage, cheating, and mediocre maps (aside from the windmill mountainside one), I just have no regret that I uninstalled this game and left a negative review.
I also lost Fps, but pre season 2. I had stable 110-150fps on 1440p. But all of a sudden every 10 seconds I have massive drops ! The craziest drops were when I had only 15fps left. Since then, I haven't touched this game again..
Thermals are also a problem in my opinion. Its very easy to spot people even in dark tunnels from 100s of meters away. You also can see through the smoke of the medic class with the purple thermal scope (havent tried the other one). I think thermals should be only available on night maps and they shouldnt be able to see through any smoke. Shooting from the head is also an issue, you nearly cant see people hiding behind terrain. Oh and I forgot, somehow footsteps are not present enough. I never hear anyone coming from behind in warfare, and no they are not stealthing around, actually most of them sprint and you stll dont hear anything.
There seems to be a sound issue since I can hear the enemies running in the tunnels underneath B1 and B2 on both the Trainwreck and Shafted maps even if there is shouting and gun fights around me
Lost about 80FPS since a week before the release of S2 with 1% lows being WAYYYYYY lower as well, sometimes dropping close to 100ish Frames. As a note, currently running a Ryzen 7 5800X3D paired with an RTX 4080 Super, 64Gb of RAM and the game being installed on a blazing fast NVME drive F for those lost frames
Welp, I had a feeling this would happen, but I'm beginning to lose interest after the first season. Between the weapons, new operator, bombardment of micro transactions, the "claim this, claim that" clutter of a menu, and now the significant drop in my frames, this game is losing its fun and feeling more like a chore to play. It's starting to feel more and more like COD. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hopped on BF2042 last night and it felt better to play. Idk. At this rate, I'm just looking forward to the next Battlefield and hopefully, HOPEFULLY, they deliver.
4:08 my loading time has been alot longer after the update even though I have a decent pc, and alot of the times the games already started after the loading. U have a monster pc so It's prolly just cause most players are still loading in
from what i've noticed in my own games, in season 1 btw, is that it takes like 5 minutes for the server to fill up, and you cannot convince me that it takes 5 minutes for players to load in
Things happening on operations: 1. A lot of people started using million $ loadouts with legy armour and ammo in a easy no entry value required match. This was not the case in season 1 2. Normal modes are now equivalent to hard modes as to hard mode was promised but not delivered, so the skill and loadout value required for normal modes are crazy high 3. You sell items for a lot less, where as to you buy for more cause the auction fee is now very high. 100-10,000 was in season 1 and 200-100,000 is now normal. 4. The supply of vests and helmets above blue tire is now a lot lower, and prices increased like crazy. 5. Surprisingly, a lot of ammo types are not a bit cheaper. 6. Rats are now seen in almost every match. A team of rats is also a lot more common.
For me this season in operations have been an upgrade, specially because the slight increase in armor effectiveness (increasing consequently ttk). For me fights have been much more enjoyable.
Lying to the player base not just once but multiple times is just not right. Lunar year is almost here, and I hope this is not how they gonna start it off with.
A few things I wanted to say/correct. 1. It definitely seems more like a Score-Based Match Making instead of skill based, but your point still remains. TheCadWoman did a video on SBMM and you should check it out. It was really informative. 2. You can unlock the LMG in the warfare mode. It's an armory unlock. It might not have been showing up at the beginning of the season, but it's definitely there now. 3. The new SMG has a lot of recoil because it also does 36 damage instead of like 30. I personally really enjoyed using it because of the high damage. Overall I've actually been having more fun this season compared to last as I have been using whatever guns I want and don't care about the wins/KD.
I can see flinch being a mechanic to reduce engagement distances of the really top tier players that can easily beam people from 600 meters with an smg. Also that map you were playing when you complained about eu servers looks a lot like operation firestorm🤔
I just want to leave some thoughts about your opinion about the season and my person experience: TL;DR - can confirm your concerns, have some different thoughts about SBMM. SMG-45, SG552, CL19 - should all get a nerf. Building feature fun but needs to be looked at. I want a cooldown on cruise missle score streak. Regarding the SBMM: In my opinion the game does not force 50% win rate. I have about 60% win rate (EU-Server, mainly infantry player) and I am not a super duper tryhard. I might put some more effort into the game than others but hot damn looking at your background gameplay, I would have to shower after every 2nd game I'd play if I would play like you. (This is not meant as an insult, just as a comparison, please no hate) I do believe there is SBMM but I don't think it affects the game that much. The new weapons/operator: Haven't touched the DMR, haven't unlocked the LMG, but the SMG? Yea mate that recoil is ridiculous... I find it somewhat nice to play, the damage output kind of compensates for the recoild but you can't really do a lot of stuff against a horde of players if you end up in a good flank for example... They should definitely reduce the recoild on that one. And for the operator? At first I found him kind of underwhelming... Very easy to kill, even with the shield up (I believe a lot of players don't know you can destroy the glass window) and the grappling hook put him in a little stun. Now since the buff I had moments where it felt like his shield bash has a range of 3-4 meters which is a bit too much. Also only needing 2 hits to kill is too fast, revert it back to 3 with only the first one doing the knockdown. Framerate issues: I mostly queue up games with a friend of mine. My PC runs with an RTX 3070ti and a Ryzen 7 5800X. His PC has a RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 9 3900X. I used to play with 120-150fps, now I sit at 90-120fps. But what really stood out for me was, my friend has a better performance... He used to play with 50-70fps, now can sometimes even reach 100+. Really don't know what happened there... Hopefully they will fix this soon. The new maps: Knife Edge? First 5 games on this map ended with defending team wining on objective A. Thought I would never see the other parts of the map. Then I got some games where either my or the enemy team managed to push further. Objective B: Absolute meatgrinder... Objective C: Absolute meatgrinder. It's not just a maze like you said, but in some corridors there's barely any hard cover. The amount of smoke and grenade spam make this sometimes impossible to push and especially with 10 Lunas spaming scount and shock arrows... Horrible. Train Wreck? At first I thought a fun map, now I must say Objective A, like you said, impossible to defend. B and C are kind of fine, I believe the bridge could be optimized a bit more regarding performance. Objective D? I belive D1, the first one, should be looked at a bit more. The part where the bridge is destroyed and you walk down towards the objetive, it feels like you don't walk on rubble, instead on air and then lag down a bit... The hitboxes don't feel right. What else I would love to see? SMG-45, SG552, CL-19 nerfs. I would say those 3 weapons are the most common used weapons in the game, and I would love to see some nerfs for these weapons. the SMG-45 on medics shreds everything, the SG552, don't understand why a recon needs it but yea Luna will use scout arrow through smoke and beam every head like it's no issue... and the CL-19 either needs lower damage or more recoil... But maybe that's just my own experience. The new building mechanic: At first I thought it's a fun addition but some areas should be looked at. I would love to see the build tool als be able to destroy the walls... On Shafted, Objective B: The tunnel in the middle is straight up closed, same goes for the flank on B1... Want to flank as medic (me as Toxik main)? Hell nah, no going through... time to walk around the whole map again and end up dying in the main corridor, because the team currently sits in a positional combat situation. Scorestreaks: I don't mind most of them but the cruise missle? Either make it like Battlefield V where a whole squad needs to get points for the streak, OR give it a cooldown of like 30 seconds or a minute. People either keep their points for the last objective or unlock the missle during that and you just end up either permanently dying or permanently falling back because of the missle spam. I've lost so many games as attackers on maps like Ascension or Trenchlines because we just got spammed with missles until there were no reinforcements left... Have fun gaming :)

Edit: Good video, you got a sub! Never played Delta Force, fiunally caved in and tried it last weekend. First big map I join, random sniper was prched up on a cliff at a god spot head glitch, aimbotting. The games rendering is so bad that it did not render terrian correclty nor the cheater so all you saw was random scope glint inside the terrian and then the tracer round half a second before getting killed. And since there are some demons out there playing 24/7 I wanted to give benefit of the doubdt and check their profile for suspitious statistics, you know 100% hit rate head shot or whatever. There is now way to check other players profiles or their stats so you can´t even make a judgement call if they are top % player or a dirty cheater. Not going to install that game ever again.
I definitely noticed the fps loss as well (14900k and 4090 for reference). You can unlock the lmg without doing operations by going into the Armory tab and "activating" the challange for it, which is something stupid like play 3 games of A/D.
I get the 10 minutes of 63/64 to join a 8 player game a lot, i think every game i have had in season 2 also gives me 'Join Midway' points. But the biggest issue i have with season 2 the 'not bots' that have broken animations, shooting you while not looking at you, or in full on sprints but only hitting headshots.
I’m in the UK and was constantly placed on sweaty US east servers (where I actually met few IDs from battlefield 3/4 age 😂, never actually played with them before since I have never been to the land of the free but heard their name from various places over the years). I was not getting very shitty ping, but the game feels a lot lot worse, definitely more dying behind the covers etc.
This is what I’m thinking. The US is filled with sweats for this game. All the cod expired game pass sweats and ex-bf sweats coming together. This is why I don’t think sbmm exist cause I’m mid af and most of the time it’s s1 Marshall badge players im encountering. No sbmm to save me, just gotta get guud with map and game sense knowledge cause I ain’t outgunning them which is working for me.
Last night three of my friends and I played that Knife Edge map pretty much the whole time, first two rounds of the night had bad ping, terrible hit registration and FPS lag (I’m the only one that didn’t get the FPS lag) and dying in a single frame like over and over it seemed. There was also a considerable amount of kill cams where I noticed the player was a very long way off and not looking in my direction at all. And there was one player which I recorded where he was standing outside the building, and I was driving on a four wheeler so I decided to run him over by just running into the wall that he was standing in front of. Then he phased through the wall right as I approached so I just ended up running into the wall and he was just gone. No doors or holes nearby. And I saw one guy walking on air Then our final match it was a very noticeable difference with a small ping, hit registration was a ton better (like so much so that I noticed) and I was finally able to react to enemies that were shooting at me because they didn’t kill me instantly. I also noticed a lot more players who I saw before they saw me. Our whole squad was way up at the top of the scoreboard on that match versus being near the bottom on the other matches Anyway it was exactly the same experience that CADwoman described in her recent video (where she tested whether or not the game has SBMM) where when you get a really bad score per minute, it takes about one or two matches of that before it will put you in a different server with less skilled players.
I'll never truly understand why Developers decided to cater to people that can barely hold a controller when the people that make the devs money in the long run are the actual Gamers who consistently play. Make us happy and will spend money and continue to play
Thermal scope is not lined up anymore, was playing and then all of a sudden I’m not hitting anything, went to firing range and I have to aim left of the target to get a hit box to show up. Removed it put holo on, that was lined up fine. Put thermal back on way left again. 🤷🏼♂️
I've lost over 100 fps, which in my case means it's dropped from 200 to sometimes under 80, plus the frame generation seems to be worse now. For me, the game has simply become unplayable in its current form
You are spot on with all your observations....i was hype for all the new content and was let down across the board. I have an nvidia 3080 and had to turn down my settings to get okay frames this season.
Literally same. 67% winrate in season 1, exclusively solo queue except a couple games with friends at the beginning. 70% if you only count the ranked games. Never used vehicles, infantry only. Colonel ll, 70 hours of playtime. Haven't felt any presence of CoD-like EOMM at all.

Todays patch notes had optimization in the title. I was expecting a performance patch as so many people including me are getting massive frame drops but nope. They optimize the description of weapons instead lmao.
Don't forget to check on your backline sniper squadmates at random intervals. I had a match on Cracked Attack where I was pushing the first point normally for like 10 minutes while my team got nowhere, so I stopped and stood next to my sniping squadmate for a few seconds to see what they were doing and no joke, they stood up, turned left and botwalked all the way from the right side of the map where we were to the left side out of bounds and died. Truly baffling how fabricated this game's experience is.
I bitch about it on pretty much all of your videos but performance got even worse this patch for me. I have to play on old drivers to make the game playable and I have a pretty good rig (5800x + 7900xt). On the latest drivers and everything on low, my fps goes from 250 down to 20 and everywhere in-between at random. The stuttering and lag is pretty horrific and somehow got worse this last patch so I'm just not going to play. I've had to dick around with various "fixes" and configurations since the game released and I'm kind of just over it.
I agree with you 100% @EndersFPS. The game feels like garbage now, its horrible. Its a massive downgrade. Any time I comment on this on any social people get extremely butt hurt.
11:55 I'm pretty sure they're at least forcing on more reflections. I noticed this on Ascension on B2 warehouse; my player model was causing smeary screen space reflections on a wall where it had never done that before
I vouch for all of what Enders is saying. The fcking thing is unplayable at >50 ping, you get trashed and insta-killed by other users' connectivity. There's definitely SBMM in this game, no question.
It's very obvious there is SBMM or something going on. With the new season, I was sent from Marshal to Lieutenant. Searching for games took no longer than 3 seconds up until I hit General again. Now I'm back to 5-10 min queue times and the matches are significantly more sweaty.
@@a2daj83 Try the BoB servers in BFV, they have a very active community with mods who ban cheaters as soon as you report them. Great servers to play on for Asian players.
1.Rework appearance, players look so cartoonish can't stand them in warfare mode, add factions or take the models from operations. 2. Rework Luna, she does not fit the theme, when I see her on the battlefield I feel like I'm playing Valorant. 3. Stop adding cringe gun skins like the new one for Scar, it will ruin the game. 4. Warfare maps are lackluster, too compressed, the new big map is only good map IMHO.

I went from enjoying this game to straight up hating it almost overnight with the negative changes they brought to season 2. Knife’s edge is an ABSOLUTE nightmare on top of the blatant increase of sbmm. Prime example of why you shouldn’t fix something that isn’t broken!
And then the bots disappear when real players connect. I had a few games where the first point was extremely easy to cap and most of the kills I got felt like I was shooting the bots in operations. Then the game got progressively harder and sweatier
I agree that the matchmaking is bad because I’ve noticed the game starts placing you on losing teams when you’re about to reach a 60% win rate. For example, I was on-site alone, maybe with one or two other players, and when I opened the map, my entire team was still near spawn doing nothing. This went on for about five minutes, not to mention at higher rank you get minus rr for simply not performing enough
I liked this game during one of the early tests I played. And I continue to play it now despite it being one of the most infuriating games I have ever touched. Its a shame is has such cool gunplay and customization but its wrapped up in an identity crisis of a game that wants to be cod, tarkov, and battlefield all in one. Taking some of the worst things from each of those games. Then tops it off with SBMM/mmr in a casual 64 player matchmaking.
The absolute worst that a dev/pub can do to me as a costumer is lie, gaslight or flat-out be disingenuous. I can overlook issues, greedy prices and even overall bad management if they give it to us straight, but, I just cant shake the bad after taste when they go shady. And yes, the game is a stutter mess. Also, used to be able to play the game on max setting with around 130fps, now Im lucky with 70 with everything on low.
The LMG is now available in the armoury for unlocking. I'm also glad that I'm not a top player, as it's rare that I struggle to get into games quickly. Funnily enough, though, my W/L ratio is around 50% 😂
Knife edge might be the best map in conquest it is as far as I can tell it is the only map where you can get consistent 1v1s or like 1v3s at most all the other maps are complete clusterfck where 10 people on both sides shoot one hallway or there are vehicles completely invalidating your capabilities as infantry.
Regarding the FPS, I've noticed Delta Force requires Admin mode now as I was getting a prompt when opening the game. You can do it via right click -> properties "run as admin" or to enable UAC. This might be conflicting with OBS. Personally I didn't see any dips but I have a 240 fps cap.
Ive had COUNTLESS games playing with friends or solo where we wind up 120+ ping non stop & keep in mind one of my friends has kinda bad internet since they live in a rural area so they wind up with like 140-300ms randomly all because we are on a high ping server, the new maps ive never had 64 players in it. its always 8v8 at best Edit: Im also at 60% WR and I do not use vehicles much at all
last night me and a buddy ran into a team with 2 shields guys and because we was only using blue ammo at the time it took around 4 mags to break the glass to head shot and the only reason I didn't also die was because I was stinger stemming myself otherwise we would have wiped and lost our kits
Lost over 100 avg fps after this season for both warfare and operations, with constant stutters. Tried rolling back a few drivers. Clean install game, launch commands, anything possible basically, with no good results.
For the next time you get to ask the dev's questions, you need to gather as many player's win rates as you can so you can have a large pool of data to definitively prove yourself right and back the dev's into a corner on the question.
Yes, after the patch I was also left without FPS. I checked the game files and reinstalled the shaders and the FPS was almost back to its previous level. But this is still not a panacea
Seneva, or wtv the new operator name is, its a nightmire in operations. Teams run it x2 and either stinger or luna behind them. Breaking his shield tooks about 30+ gold ammo wich is almost half a million. You cant out run them because stamina injectors. Cant fight them because if you shoot one or them, the other just either grapples you and use wire graneade on you or the guy sitting behind them 2 taps you with golden ammo. And for some fucking reason, they buffed him 1 day after release.
I do think flinch should be more effective with “larger” caliber bullets. If I’m lasering a sniper with the M250 or SR25 he should not be able to have instant follow up shots with zero repercussion
I also had over 50% win rate on warfare in the previous season and same thing on current season holding 50+% win rate and I am also a vehicle player so I would say this Matchmaking system is not using SBMM but its using win ratio data for matchmaking so if you loose some games and go around 40% win rate your next match becomes extremely easy and as you come close to 50% win rate your match became extremely difficult so its like how EOMM matchmaking works.
The thing is my gpu isnt the greatest anymore (6700xt) but it did pre update very well and i had my 150-200 fps. However after the update i rapidly drop around 100-150 fps very often during a game. Which is really annoying because it literally makes the game unplayable for me and i am surprised that the devs have not posted anything about this problematic yet. Like atleast acknowledge the problem and state it
Knife Edge is ok infantry only map a´la BF metro, just needs many rounds getting to know it. What is annoyin in it is the amount of smoke and explosives in one phase in attack/defend mode when there is two choke points at the same time that you try to push through. And the first point of attack aint impossible to defend if people react what is goin on in the map and there is defense in the left flank too. If there is too many people running a round and not stayin on objective then you will loose it for sure. Also servers fill up pretty fast if you start with the low population server unless you play at regional server when its night time.

Major frame dips for me too, went from 144 (capped) to 80 with dips to
FPS dropped really bad. I used to capped it for 120, but now only 60. When there's a lot of smokes and fortifications the fps can go to 40 or lower. Especially when the tower in D sector of ascended, is falling an there's debris everywhere. It might be 20 seconds of cinematic for some people, but that's 20 seconds of power point presentation for me.
For some guns, I get the idea of holding breath, but I need to use a lower capacity magazine just to get the same result with season 1. And that's with holding breath.
I'm so sad with engineer's weapons, especially M7. It become useless now. The recoil is bad, the stability is beyond usable and holding breath didn't do much.
I even increase my vertical sensitivity to +50% and put every foregrip and muzzle for compensating horizontal recoil.
7:32 Quick add here, the LMG is not technically unlockable. Even playing via Operations you're not specifically unlocking a gun, you're finding a SKIN for a gun. Extracting with said SKIN, glitches the game into unlocking the gun for you.
I do not see this as a feature or "they made it that way". This screams a glitch, an unintended way to cheese a gun unlock.
FPS is really bad, and the lag from connecting to other parts of the globe are noticeable. Also, SBMM would account for why one game I get high on the board with kills and stuff and then the very next match the top 15 on their team all have Marshal badges and wipe the floor with our faces
OK, I have been thinking long and hard about a point. Operations get to choose their map. I have two gripes. One, Let Warfare choose their maps as well. Two, dropping players into a map that is half finished or even at the end of the play is NOT acceptable. I had one mission that lasted 26 seconds and was then over. Only use Fresh Start Maps. Devs can certainly figure a good implementation of this.
The new update is garbage, the recoil changes are shit, the map changes are shit, the new maps are shit, the performance has taken a major hit, the audio is completely fucked.

Game is so frustuating to play. Getting killing from random angles, deaths i cant predict. Spawn kill after spawn kill, new maps are ass too. Trainwrecked is good on KoTH, better than A&D. I wanna love the game, but it's getting harder and harder to do

Agree, I find myself quiting and going back to play 2042. When I first played the alpha it was great , now there are times I can't even move or spawn I get killed.

4:11 63/64 players is definitely their equivalent of a loading bar stuck at 99%. Fun fact, developers use loading bars that get stuck at 99% because the loading bars aren't an actual indicator of the load status. They're a psychological thing to help users be more patient with the actual, potentially slow, loading process. The 63/64 players count has no bearing on the actual players in a lobby, even though it looks like the number slowly creeps up; it's to make people think they're about to get into a game when really it could be longer
63/64 reminds me of Battleog for BF4 and the player spoofing to get you to join servers because they showed them as "nearly full" and we had to get a blasted plugin to negate the spoofing systems

Yeah, I agree about the fps loss. My 1% lows for fps on an amd 7600xt went from 75 fps to 50fps. Completely devastating to happen in a gunfight 😢 I left a negative steam review over this.

Every time they have pushed an update, the game has annoying stutters, like full 200ms frame drops during gunfights. It's particularly bad on any ADS with magnification or using the tac aim. I haven't touched anything in the settings since I last got it stable a month ago. Used to be able to run a pretty solid 160fps on high settings with 3090/5900x and a fiber internet connection. Dropped everything down to low and medium and still get the stutters.
Glad to know I am not the only one having the same exact issues as everyone posting under this comment. It's a shame. Having those stutters as well and it makes the game, in combination with that shitty knife's edge map, unplayable for me :/
After realizing that they avoiding questions about sbmm/mmr, making changes which does not make sense brings me to the decision to stop playing this game. It's like everbody before me have said: frustrating to play.
This Game is the Temu-Version of Battlefield. Stutters, SBMM, Bad Sound, game has „no soul“. Deinstalled it two days ago and installed BF again.

This is literally exactly how it feels. Got a gaming PC for the first time in freaking 7 years. First I installed BF1 which I never played and was blown away by the graphics, atmosphere, and awesome high quality gameplay. After that I played DF and man… it felt like a cheap, plasticy piece of garbage. Extremely boring, 0 personality and retarded gameplay mechanics. Uninstalled right away.

Either one of these are possible fixes for the stutters (worked for me),
-reinstall graphics drivers/recompile shaders in-game
-go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings > Change advance power settings > Usb Settings > Disable USB selective suspend setting
But yea the updates really did something to the game performance/optimization
True you log off and log into 2042 for just 3 minutes and you see the real immersive difference in just sound alone..

No, it's not. With my other stats equal to last season, my win rate dropped from 64.79 to 21.43. I didn't play any worse, I get damn freaks against me with 60-70 kills, while my teammates can't even kill 20. Do you think this is SBMM?
@@mr.exceptional YES! it is SBMM....besides putting you against/with sweatlords sometimes, it also ensures you "lose" a few games from time to time to optimize engagement. They can't have you winning all the time and get bored...hence the bot-like players on your team in matches you are meant to lose. I get literal bots in some of my matches...they just run in the open and stop feeding free kills to the enemy.

yea last season i also got 50 % ish win rate, every lobby felt sweaty, when really i toned down my action (not dealing damage, not taking point, basically not playing the game) is when lobby felt way less sweaty, people didnt dome me in the head every 10 second. i dont know if i want to play anymore at this point

Ok so in the first week of December when the game released, i played 70hrs and at first, it had SOOOOOO much potential to be great, but they ruined it YET AGAIN....... Here's the rant:
SBMM in casual modes (why), ranked mode is actually not a ranked mode (???), maps are trash, AWM = 1 shot sniper from 46m away, shield character absolutely broken, just the hero shooter thing in general is bad, smoke everywhere, weapon balance (full auto AR's or SMG's are like lasers from 150m away AND this is while headglitching because bullets come out of your forehead and not the actual barrel of the gun, we are in 2025 btw lmao), audio is so messy you can't hear sh!t in warfare mode, no server browser, cringe voicelines, tanks are so OP it's literally insane, wallhacks from LUNA who just got buffed in the last update, the cheating problem and last but not least : THE FU**ING FPS DROPS TO 20fps EVERY 10secs ON A 3K€ PC like maaaaaaaaaaaaaan COME ON...... is it that hard to deliver a simple combined arms shooter ??????
In this game when you're an average to good player and get matched into higher lobbies, you peak = you die, that's as simple as that, you can't even move your toes, you get beamed from 5 guys headglitching, it drove me insane i uninstalled the game and i refuse to touch it again until they address this, if they eventually do.
Yesterday I found out a broken thing. When using the shield operator, if you stand on the front of a tank it will stop most incoming shots
Haven't lost any frames, but I got a shit ton of stutters that started creeping in for 20 to 30 minutes following the game's first boot, then it settles down, kind of obnoxious.
I went from 110-120 FPS in borderless to frame drops below 40fps. Had to install old drivers and swap to fullscreen to make it playable. This is on relatively low settings. I'm on a Ryzen 7 6800 and Ryzen 6900xt. They're a generation old but we're not entry level. I shouldn't be having issues.

I played a little bit at launch, and after a while just wasn't feeling the itch to log in and play. I'm over sbmm slop, I want an actually casual experience where my gameplay performance will be reflective of my skill.
Sbmm is good for Delta Force that way if it launches on console I won't have Enders and all the people that have played 6 months before my first game, in my lobby
What I hate the most about the fan base for Delta Force and the people that shill this game is no matter how valid your critique is; they either call you a crybaby or say that it's a skill issue. Even though it's a completely valid complaint and is something that any reasonable game developer would change. The game overall just feels so much worse in every aspect.
i love it when youtubers make ted talks about a video game when the devs don't make it exactly how they want it to be. The only thing that makes sense is your rant about SBMM which I agree with. However:
- just because new guns come into the game doesn't mean they have to be "meta". Honestly, I'd rather have average guns be constantly added to the game every season as opposed to meta guns added every season solely because they are "new" and "attractive". Take tarkov for example. Almost every update there is a new gun that comes in and it instantly becomes meta because of how broken it is. Every wipe is just a meta gun simulator when it really shouldn't be like that at all. I love the fact that they've added "average guns" because it expands what a player can use and doesn't limit the gunplay to a meta. new doesn't have to equal good. if every update they added a new gun that was considerably better than every other weapon in the game then the matches would become stale and everyone would be running the same weapons until the next update, where the cycle repeats.
- the shield operator has been severely overhyped in terms of its strength and he's so easy to deal with 1v1. there are so many things you can do to fight him. no need to rant about him.
- overall stability for all weapons has been increased but attachment benefits has been decreased, so not sure what you mean here
- lunas buff isn't even noticeable. All operators are strong or even "OP" in their own ways especially if played correctly in the correct environments.
- don't get caught in the open if you don't like flinch, or play toxik to negate flinch.
- the 63/64 players probably just means those who are still in matchmaking and have yet to be put into the game. Your lobbies are probably empty at first because you are one of the first to load in, and then the rest of the players load in afterwards.
I, personally, would NEVER, EVER, EVVEERRR want to play a Battlefield style game in a tournament setting - therefore SBMM is just ass in a game like this to me. Combine that with my other gripes such as bullet damage, cheating, and mediocre maps (aside from the windmill mountainside one), I just have no regret that I uninstalled this game and left a negative review.
I also lost Fps, but pre season 2. I had stable 110-150fps on 1440p. But all of a sudden every 10 seconds I have massive drops ! The craziest drops were when I had only 15fps left. Since then, I haven't touched this game again..

Thermals are also a problem in my opinion. Its very easy to spot people even in dark tunnels from 100s of meters away. You also can see through the smoke of the medic class with the purple thermal scope (havent tried the other one).
I think thermals should be only available on night maps and they shouldnt be able to see through any smoke. Shooting from the head is also an issue, you nearly cant see people hiding behind terrain. Oh and I forgot, somehow footsteps are not present enough. I never hear anyone coming from behind in warfare, and no they are not stealthing around, actually most of them sprint and you stll dont hear anything.
There seems to be a sound issue since I can hear the enemies running in the tunnels underneath B1 and B2 on both the Trainwreck and Shafted maps even if there is shouting and gun fights around me
Lost about 80FPS since a week before the release of S2 with 1% lows being WAYYYYYY lower as well, sometimes dropping close to 100ish Frames.
As a note, currently running a Ryzen 7 5800X3D paired with an RTX 4080 Super, 64Gb of RAM and the game being installed on a blazing fast NVME drive

Welp, I had a feeling this would happen, but I'm beginning to lose interest after the first season. Between the weapons, new operator, bombardment of micro transactions, the "claim this, claim that" clutter of a menu, and now the significant drop in my frames, this game is losing its fun and feeling more like a chore to play. It's starting to feel more and more like COD. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hopped on BF2042 last night and it felt better to play. Idk. At this rate, I'm just looking forward to the next Battlefield and hopefully, HOPEFULLY, they deliver.
4:08 my loading time has been alot longer after the update even though I have a decent pc, and alot of the times the games already started after the loading. U have a monster pc so It's prolly just cause most players are still loading in
from what i've noticed in my own games, in season 1 btw, is that it takes like 5 minutes for the server to fill up, and you cannot convince me that it takes 5 minutes for players to load in

As a casual Delta Force player, I can approve that this is all true.
Things happening on operations:
1. A lot of people started using million $ loadouts with legy armour and ammo in a easy no entry value required match. This was not the case in season 1
2. Normal modes are now equivalent to hard modes as to hard mode was promised but not delivered, so the skill and loadout value required for normal modes are crazy high
3. You sell items for a lot less, where as to you buy for more cause the auction fee is now very high. 100-10,000 was in season 1 and 200-100,000 is now normal.
4. The supply of vests and helmets above blue tire is now a lot lower, and prices increased like crazy.
5. Surprisingly, a lot of ammo types are not a bit cheaper.
6. Rats are now seen in almost every match. A team of rats is also a lot more common.
Yes, my win rate is 48% as Marshal. The 5 games before hitting Marshal, i had to play 1vs20 literally.
It's becoming more obvious that in the long run this ship isn't going to stay afloat.
For me this season in operations have been an upgrade, specially because the slight increase in armor effectiveness (increasing consequently ttk).
For me fights have been much more enjoyable.
Lying to the player base not just once but multiple times is just not right. Lunar year is almost here, and I hope this is not how they gonna start it off with.
A few things I wanted to say/correct.
1. It definitely seems more like a Score-Based Match Making instead of skill based, but your point still remains. TheCadWoman did a video on SBMM and you should check it out. It was really informative.
2. You can unlock the LMG in the warfare mode. It's an armory unlock. It might not have been showing up at the beginning of the season, but it's definitely there now.
3. The new SMG has a lot of recoil because it also does 36 damage instead of like 30. I personally really enjoyed using it because of the high damage.
Overall I've actually been having more fun this season compared to last as I have been using whatever guns I want and don't care about the wins/KD.

I can see flinch being a mechanic to reduce engagement distances of the really top tier players that can easily beam people from 600 meters with an smg. Also that map you were playing when you complained about eu servers looks a lot like operation firestorm🤔
You can also see through smokes with the thermals. Can't wait until everyone figures it out and starts abusing it.
I just want to leave some thoughts about your opinion about the season and my person experience:
TL;DR - can confirm your concerns, have some different thoughts about SBMM. SMG-45, SG552, CL19 - should all get a nerf. Building feature fun but needs to be looked at. I want a cooldown on cruise missle score streak.
Regarding the SBMM: In my opinion the game does not force 50% win rate. I have about 60% win rate (EU-Server, mainly infantry player) and I am not a super duper tryhard. I might put some more effort into the game than others but hot damn looking at your background gameplay, I would have to shower after every 2nd game I'd play if I would play like you. (This is not meant as an insult, just as a comparison, please no hate)
I do believe there is SBMM but I don't think it affects the game that much.
The new weapons/operator: Haven't touched the DMR, haven't unlocked the LMG, but the SMG? Yea mate that recoil is ridiculous... I find it somewhat nice to play, the damage output kind of compensates for the recoild but you can't really do a lot of stuff against a horde of players if you end up in a good flank for example... They should definitely reduce the recoild on that one. And for the operator? At first I found him kind of underwhelming... Very easy to kill, even with the shield up (I believe a lot of players don't know you can destroy the glass window) and the grappling hook put him in a little stun. Now since the buff I had moments where it felt like his shield bash has a range of 3-4 meters which is a bit too much. Also only needing 2 hits to kill is too fast, revert it back to 3 with only the first one doing the knockdown.
Framerate issues: I mostly queue up games with a friend of mine. My PC runs with an RTX 3070ti and a Ryzen 7 5800X. His PC has a RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 9 3900X. I used to play with 120-150fps, now I sit at 90-120fps. But what really stood out for me was, my friend has a better performance... He used to play with 50-70fps, now can sometimes even reach 100+. Really don't know what happened there... Hopefully they will fix this soon.
The new maps: Knife Edge? First 5 games on this map ended with defending team wining on objective A. Thought I would never see the other parts of the map. Then I got some games where either my or the enemy team managed to push further. Objective B: Absolute meatgrinder... Objective C: Absolute meatgrinder. It's not just a maze like you said, but in some corridors there's barely any hard cover. The amount of smoke and grenade spam make this sometimes impossible to push and especially with 10 Lunas spaming scount and shock arrows... Horrible.
Train Wreck? At first I thought a fun map, now I must say Objective A, like you said, impossible to defend. B and C are kind of fine, I believe the bridge could be optimized a bit more regarding performance. Objective D? I belive D1, the first one, should be looked at a bit more. The part where the bridge is destroyed and you walk down towards the objetive, it feels like you don't walk on rubble, instead on air and then lag down a bit... The hitboxes don't feel right.
What else I would love to see?
SMG-45, SG552, CL-19 nerfs. I would say those 3 weapons are the most common used weapons in the game, and I would love to see some nerfs for these weapons. the SMG-45 on medics shreds everything, the SG552, don't understand why a recon needs it but yea Luna will use scout arrow through smoke and beam every head like it's no issue... and the CL-19 either needs lower damage or more recoil... But maybe that's just my own experience.
The new building mechanic: At first I thought it's a fun addition but some areas should be looked at. I would love to see the build tool als be able to destroy the walls... On Shafted, Objective B: The tunnel in the middle is straight up closed, same goes for the flank on B1... Want to flank as medic (me as Toxik main)? Hell nah, no going through... time to walk around the whole map again and end up dying in the main corridor, because the team currently sits in a positional combat situation.
Scorestreaks: I don't mind most of them but the cruise missle? Either make it like Battlefield V where a whole squad needs to get points for the streak, OR give it a cooldown of like 30 seconds or a minute. People either keep their points for the last objective or unlock the missle during that and you just end up either permanently dying or permanently falling back because of the missle spam. I've lost so many games as attackers on maps like Ascension or Trenchlines because we just got spammed with missles until there were no reinforcements left...

Never played Delta Force, fiunally caved in and tried it last weekend.
First big map I join, random sniper was prched up on a cliff at a god spot head glitch, aimbotting. The games rendering is so bad that it did not render terrian correclty nor the cheater so all you saw was random scope glint inside the terrian and then the tracer round half a second before getting killed.
And since there are some demons out there playing 24/7 I wanted to give benefit of the doubdt and check their profile for suspitious statistics, you know 100% hit rate head shot or whatever.
There is now way to check other players profiles or their stats so you can´t even make a judgement call if they are top % player or a dirty cheater.
Not going to install that game ever again.
I definitely noticed the fps loss as well (14900k and 4090 for reference). You can unlock the lmg without doing operations by going into the Armory tab and "activating" the challange for it, which is something stupid like play 3 games of A/D.
Why the hell should I subject myself to this pile of trash? Even 2042 is a better game and that speaks volumes
I get the 10 minutes of 63/64 to join a 8 player game a lot, i think every game i have had in season 2 also gives me 'Join Midway' points. But the biggest issue i have with season 2 the 'not bots' that have broken animations, shooting you while not looking at you, or in full on sprints but only hitting headshots.
I’m in the UK and was constantly placed on sweaty US east servers (where I actually met few IDs from battlefield 3/4 age 😂, never actually played with them before since I have never been to the land of the free but heard their name from various places over the years). I was not getting very shitty ping, but the game feels a lot lot worse, definitely more dying behind the covers etc.
This is what I’m thinking. The US is filled with sweats for this game. All the cod expired game pass sweats and ex-bf sweats coming together. This is why I don’t think sbmm exist cause I’m mid af and most of the time it’s s1 Marshall badge players im encountering. No sbmm to save me, just gotta get guud with map and game sense knowledge cause I ain’t outgunning them which is working for me.
Last night three of my friends and I played that Knife Edge map pretty much the whole time, first two rounds of the night had bad ping, terrible hit registration and FPS lag (I’m the only one that didn’t get the FPS lag) and dying in a single frame like over and over it seemed. There was also a considerable amount of kill cams where I noticed the player was a very long way off and not looking in my direction at all. And there was one player which I recorded where he was standing outside the building, and I was driving on a four wheeler so I decided to run him over by just running into the wall that he was standing in front of. Then he phased through the wall right as I approached so I just ended up running into the wall and he was just gone. No doors or holes nearby. And I saw one guy walking on air
Then our final match it was a very noticeable difference with a small ping, hit registration was a ton better (like so much so that I noticed) and I was finally able to react to enemies that were shooting at me because they didn’t kill me instantly. I also noticed a lot more players who I saw before they saw me. Our whole squad was way up at the top of the scoreboard on that match versus being near the bottom on the other matches
Anyway it was exactly the same experience that CADwoman described in her recent video (where she tested whether or not the game has SBMM) where when you get a really bad score per minute, it takes about one or two matches of that before it will put you in a different server with less skilled players.
I'll never truly understand why Developers decided to cater to people that can barely hold a controller when the people that make the devs money in the long run are the actual Gamers who consistently play. Make us happy and will spend money and continue to play
Thermal scope is not lined up anymore, was playing and then all of a sudden I’m not hitting anything, went to firing range and I have to aim left of the target to get a hit box to show up. Removed it put holo on, that was lined up fine. Put thermal back on way left again. 🤷🏼♂️
I've lost over 100 fps, which in my case means it's dropped from 200 to sometimes under 80, plus the frame generation seems to be worse now. For me, the game has simply become unplayable in its current form

You are spot on with all your observations....i was hype for all the new content and was let down across the board. I have an nvidia 3080 and had to turn down my settings to get okay frames this season.
My win rate this season is 62.16% i do not play vehicles, I solo q, I literally come here, just to hear another whinge.

Literally same. 67% winrate in season 1, exclusively solo queue except a couple games with friends at the beginning. 70% if you only count the ranked games. Never used vehicles, infantry only. Colonel ll, 70 hours of playtime. Haven't felt any presence of CoD-like EOMM at all.
@@EndersFPS 61% in 18 matches in s3 against 46% in 142 matches in s1. Definitely feels that at this moment i am playing against lower skill level players than i have played against in the end of last season.
SBMM or MMR is working in extraction operations too, i played vs the same squads for 2 hours in different lobbies!
Todays patch notes had optimization in the title. I was expecting a performance patch as so many people including me are getting massive frame drops but nope. They optimize the description of weapons instead lmao.
Don't forget to check on your backline sniper squadmates at random intervals. I had a match on Cracked Attack where I was pushing the first point normally for like 10 minutes while my team got nowhere, so I stopped and stood next to my sniping squadmate for a few seconds to see what they were doing and no joke, they stood up, turned left and botwalked all the way from the right side of the map where we were to the left side out of bounds and died. Truly baffling how fabricated this game's experience is.
I bitch about it on pretty much all of your videos but performance got even worse this patch for me. I have to play on old drivers to make the game playable and I have a pretty good rig (5800x + 7900xt). On the latest drivers and everything on low, my fps goes from 250 down to 20 and everywhere in-between at random. The stuttering and lag is pretty horrific and somehow got worse this last patch so I'm just not going to play. I've had to dick around with various "fixes" and configurations since the game released and I'm kind of just over it.
I agree with you 100% @EndersFPS. The game feels like garbage now, its horrible. Its a massive downgrade. Any time I comment on this on any social people get extremely butt hurt.
11:55 I'm pretty sure they're at least forcing on more reflections. I noticed this on Ascension on B2 warehouse; my player model was causing smeary screen space reflections on a wall where it had never done that before

I vouch for all of what Enders is saying. The fcking thing is unplayable at >50 ping, you get trashed and insta-killed by other users' connectivity. There's definitely SBMM in this game, no question.
It's very obvious there is SBMM or something going on. With the new season, I was sent from Marshal to Lieutenant. Searching for games took no longer than 3 seconds up until I hit General again. Now I'm back to 5-10 min queue times and the matches are significantly more sweaty.

Yes. Im mostly an operations player and I was use to seeing 300+ FPS using a 490 card now it's about 225 to 212 with dips into the 150s

1.Rework appearance, players look so cartoonish can't stand them in warfare mode, add factions or take the models from operations.
2. Rework Luna, she does not fit the theme, when I see her on the battlefield I feel like I'm playing Valorant.
3. Stop adding cringe gun skins like the new one for Scar, it will ruin the game.
4. Warfare maps are lackluster, too compressed, the new big map is only good map IMHO.

I went from enjoying this game to straight up hating it almost overnight with the negative changes they brought to season 2. Knife’s edge is an ABSOLUTE nightmare on top of the blatant increase of sbmm. Prime example of why you shouldn’t fix something that isn’t broken!
Im still convinced they fill 1/4 or more of the server with bots.
And then the bots disappear when real players connect. I had a few games where the first point was extremely easy to cap and most of the kills I got felt like I was shooting the bots in operations. Then the game got progressively harder and sweatier
I agree that the matchmaking is bad because I’ve noticed the game starts placing you on losing teams when you’re about to reach a 60% win rate. For example, I was on-site alone, maybe with one or two other players, and when I opened the map, my entire team was still near spawn doing nothing. This went on for about five minutes, not to mention at higher rank you get minus rr for simply not performing enough
I liked this game during one of the early tests I played.
And I continue to play it now despite it being one of the most infuriating games I have ever touched.
Its a shame is has such cool gunplay and customization but its wrapped up in an identity crisis of a game that wants to be cod, tarkov, and battlefield all in one.
Taking some of the worst things from each of those games. Then tops it off with SBMM/mmr in a casual 64 player matchmaking.
The absolute worst that a dev/pub can do to me as a costumer is lie, gaslight or flat-out be disingenuous. I can overlook issues, greedy prices and even overall bad management if they give it to us straight, but, I just cant shake the bad after taste when they go shady.
And yes, the game is a stutter mess. Also, used to be able to play the game on max setting with around 130fps, now Im lucky with 70 with everything on low.
The LMG is now available in the armoury for unlocking.
I'm also glad that I'm not a top player, as it's rare that I struggle to get into games quickly. Funnily enough, though, my W/L ratio is around 50% 😂
Knife edge might be the best map in conquest it is as far as I can tell it is the only map where you can get consistent 1v1s or like 1v3s at most all the other maps are complete clusterfck where 10 people on both sides shoot one hallway or there are vehicles completely invalidating your capabilities as infantry.
Before update i had 120-144 FPS, after update it turned into 90-120FPS with drops for 70-80 FPS in massive fights.
Yes, I've also lost fps. I've been away from DF for a while, but when I played the other day it was a significant difference (loss) from before.
Regarding the FPS, I've noticed Delta Force requires Admin mode now as I was getting a prompt when opening the game. You can do it via right click -> properties "run as admin" or to enable UAC. This might be conflicting with OBS.
Personally I didn't see any dips but I have a 240 fps cap.
Ive had COUNTLESS games playing with friends or solo where we wind up 120+ ping non stop & keep in mind one of my friends has kinda bad internet since they live in a rural area so they wind up with like 140-300ms randomly all because we are on a high ping server, the new maps ive never had 64 players in it. its always 8v8 at best

last night me and a buddy ran into a team with 2 shields guys and because we was only using blue ammo at the time it took around 4 mags to break the glass to head shot and the only reason I didn't also die was because I was stinger stemming myself otherwise we would have wiped and lost our kits

For the next time you get to ask the dev's questions, you need to gather as many player's win rates as you can so you can have a large pool of data to definitively prove yourself right and back the dev's into a corner on the question.
They didn't add any new maps to Operation. They just expanded one of them with an underground area, and added some new event to another.
I usually get around 240 fps but the game stutters like crazy. I've actually never seen a framerate so unstable in all my years of gaming.

Yes, after the patch I was also left without FPS. I checked the game files and reinstalled the shaders and the FPS was almost back to its previous level. But this is still not a panacea
Seneva, or wtv the new operator name is, its a nightmire in operations. Teams run it x2 and either stinger or luna behind them. Breaking his shield tooks about 30+ gold ammo wich is almost half a million. You cant out run them because stamina injectors. Cant fight them because if you shoot one or them, the other just either grapples you and use wire graneade on you or the guy sitting behind them 2 taps you with golden ammo.
And for some fucking reason, they buffed him 1 day after release.
I do think flinch should be more effective with “larger” caliber bullets. If I’m lasering a sniper with the M250 or SR25 he should not be able to have instant follow up shots with zero repercussion

I also had over 50% win rate on warfare in the previous season and same thing on current season holding 50+% win rate and I am also a vehicle player so I would say this Matchmaking system is not using SBMM but its using win ratio data for matchmaking so if you loose some games and go around 40% win rate your next match becomes extremely easy and as you come close to 50% win rate your match became extremely difficult so its like how EOMM matchmaking works.
I have also lost a noticeable amount of performance. Went from 300s to 200s and sometimes even drop below that.
The thing is my gpu isnt the greatest anymore (6700xt) but it did pre update very well and i had my 150-200 fps. However after the update i rapidly drop around 100-150 fps very often during a game. Which is really annoying because it literally makes the game unplayable for me and i am surprised that the devs have not posted anything about this problematic yet.

Knife Edge is ok infantry only map a´la BF metro, just needs many rounds getting to know it. What is annoyin in it is the amount of smoke and explosives in one phase in attack/defend mode when there is two choke points at the same time that you try to push through. And the first point of attack aint impossible to defend if people react what is goin on in the map and there is defense in the left flank too. If there is too many people running a round and not stayin on objective then you will loose it for sure. Also servers fill up pretty fast if you start with the low population server unless you play at regional server when its night time.
