Its chorizo without dead animal, that's amazing, i would have loved this growing up. Think of all the animals that wouldnt have to die for a simple meal. Great substitute. Thank you much love to you beautiful mom.

Looks delicious, Really like to make the sausage vegan as you I can buy it and it's vegan but I feel your home made version is much healthier and you know what's in it,Thank you for sharing this, I plan to make some chili Rhellenos vegan style thought your Vegan Sausage would make it perfecto. using Air fryer for sausage and Rhellenos.Again thank you.

It didn't fool me! Actual chorizo is a spicy sausage (not a mince) and it is also more red colored.
That depends on where it is coming from . All chorizo starts as a mince and if you want the harder sausage link it is dry cured.
