She had been doing the remote thing with the rest of the panel before she went on mat leave. She was one of those people who had to get out of NYC at the start of Covid because she was so paranoid because she was pregnant so she went and holed up in DC with the right-wing toxic husband. When she came back, she just seemed nastier and even more miserable than before. All I kept thinking everyday was "Just stay home with your sweet baby if you're this miserable. It's not worth it for you and it's not fair to those of us watching or your colleagues." This girl, and I do mean "girl" as she is so very immature, couldn't see her role in a problem if her life depended on it. So self absorbed and chronically rude. THAT's why she was "guided" off the show. People didn't like her, and with good reason.
It had nothing to do with her having differing opinions, but every single day when the show opened up she had such a look of ANGER on her face. She was already STEAMING before anyone said a single word. Then she would rant and rave like a lunatic. She's had every single thing in her life handed to her on a silver platter
To parse that, it wasn't every single day. Some of those days, we have to concede it was STILL during the height of her grieving for her father (top comments on the view channel: 6.7k people priaisng Jesus and thanking God for giving him cancer so she could be away on fridays during his chemo spring 2018, likely didn't help her mental health), also she suffered the miscarriage during her stint, which could partially explain her vile attack on Abby on air, and towards the end after her RETURN from mat leave spring 2021 where she expressed she was away for soo long bc she and her baby nearly died (top comments on the view channel: 300 likes from people laughing and wishing she were away longer aka dead).

She had been doing the remote thing with the rest of the panel before she went on mat leave. She was one of those people who had to get out of NYC at the start of Covid because she was so paranoid because she was pregnant so she went and holed up in DC with the right-wing toxic husband. When she came back, she just seemed nastier and even more miserable than before. All I kept thinking everyday was "Just stay home with your sweet baby if you're this miserable. It's not worth it for you and it's not fair to those of us watching or your colleagues." I'd like to think that her mother or her friends like SE would have a chat with her about looking at herself and her behaviour objectively but I think that's likely fallen on deaf ears.

In fact, for me, who religiously watched view for several years before Megan came to co-host, I had to stop watching view because Megan was so disrespectful and toxic. I felt so much negative vibes from her. She looked so angry. After Megan left, I started watching view again and I do not feel the toxicity anymore. It is sad really.
