Wanna hear something fun? Ekkos name has 4 letters. In the intro when we see Ekko, his cast shadow mimics the hands on a clock and it ticks backwards. 4 times. During his fight with powder on the bridge, his fight is interrupted by his flashbacks to their childhood, but when reality snaps back and the fight commences in real time, the fight lasts 4.44 seconds. During his dance with powder, it looks choppy because it's animated in 4 frames per second. The first words we ever hear Ekko say is "Gimme a few seconds" as he's fixing the clock in Benzos shop. Because Ekko is manipulating time, everyone else just sees an incredibly lucky boy, who manages to do the EXACT right thing every time. When in reality who knows how many times he's suffered failure after failure. Also if you zoom in on the pendant that Ekko gives alternate universe Powder, its a rose, with Ekko and Jinx's silhouettes making up the petals.
1)Apparently, when you travel to a time where you already exist, your mind & personality just takes over the version of you from that time/place. You only physically show up as your regular self if there is no living you to inhabit. That is why Heimerdinger and Ekko were in the alternate timeline bodies, but Jayce wasn't. In that future, everyone was already dead. There wasn't another him to inhabit. 2)Heimerdinger did get vaporized, but he didn't quite die. Being a yordle, dying in the traditional since is kinda impossible. Yordles are from a place called Bandle City that is within the spirit world. When yordles die in the physical world, they just kinda respawn in Bandle City. Eventually, they can make their way back to the physical plane.
ooh i didn't know that about Yordles, that's a really nice thought. I thought it was sad that he helped so much and sacrificed himself but was never mentioned again afterwards.
Heyy Meesh & Dee! I will translate for you some lyrics of the song on the scene between ekko and powder, it is "Ma meilleure ennemie" ( my best enemy) by Stromae and Pomme (sorry for my English, as a good French speaker my English is horrible) You’re the best thing that ever happened to me But also the worst thing that happened to me The day I met you, I might have preferred that day never happened The worst of blessings The most beautiful curses From you I should get away But as the saying goes "Rather than being alone, it's better to be poorly accompanied" The chorus: My best enemy is you Run away from me The worst is you and me And finally And if you still want to have me, forget about me, the worst is you and I Why does your name hurt me? A beautiful scene that I will keep in my mind for a long time! Thank you for all of your reacts !
The dance scene is pure joy, and can be appreciated without knowing anything else about the story. Of course Powder knew that Ekko... wasn't, and this was conveyed to the audience without requiring a word to be said. With a few subtle animation cues, Fortiche appear to have perfected the art of button pushing. I concluded the 'shampoo effect' was going to dominate from about 30 sec into the first episode of this season.
Also remember that Hiemerdinger was there for about 3 years before Echo arrived. And he was still the head of the council, he probably instigated major changes that would help the lives of Zhuanites.
The amount of times I sobbed from this show... 'RIOT GOT ME FUC*** UP' Needs to be on a shirt 😭 The music they do in each episode is amazing it really pulls everything together.
One of the best things about this AU is that it’s not all centred around one shift or change. It’s several little things that lead to the shift. The abandonment of hextech research due to the death (or more likely deaths, because Jayce was originally thrown back like Vi was thrown by the explosion and the wiki stated that the only universe where Vi and Cait don’t end up together is one in which they both died before meeting) prevented the increase in oppression of Zaun, but then you have an enlightened Heimerdinger showing up and probably shifting how Piltover operated, while in Zaun Silco found the letter before he met Singed and so instead reconciled with Vander leading to a more united Zaun and probably a more stable family for Powder, so when her symptoms started showing they probably were able to get her actual help especially after the death of Vi. And because Vi died in the explosion, Powder never wanted to use the crystals. because Milo and Clagger didn't die, they and Ekko were able to explore chemtech developments (which because Singed never introduced Shimmer, was cleaner and safer) and further pushed Zaun forward while Piltover was unable to leap forward like before (because no hextech) all adding up to what we see… and there's likely more because Ekko didn't explore Piltover for all the differences there.
I've thought about a lot of these tiny shifts for the Piltover/Zaun butterfly effect, but never thought about Singed's involvement with Shimmer. Also, we don't see Felicia (Vi and Powder's mom) in the alternate timeline, so presumably the "big" changes happened after the bridge massacre? I'd assume so, since it seems the bridge massacre is what caused the Vander/Silco split, and because main timeline Heimerdinger was probably a big part of it and he arrived after that event. Also, would Jayce have been exiled/jailed/executed because his Hextech research caused the death of a child? Lots of questions
@ the bridge massacre definitely happened, as for Jayce… it’s just as possible that he died in the blast or later wasn’t stopped by Viktor like he was in season one episode 2. The fact that OG Jayce was sent to another timeline or just further along the main kinda indicates that there was no him in the AU to possess like Ekko and Heimer had.
Personally, I think Silco found the letter in the wake of Vi's death (he was Bozo 1, remember). He was working with Singed at the time of the Jayce Apartment Job, but he abandoned that, I presume, and reconciled with Vander then. But well reasoned out, only missing the Vander/Enforcer situation. Marcus first on scene, with I guess a newborn at that time, based on his kid's age in S1. I don't think his hatred of the undercity is explained, but it's believed to be that he blames them for his wife's death. Presumably finding an undercity kid dead, effectively at the hands of Piltover science, resonates differently. But crucially, Vander & Grayson's pact remained as both lived. Vander was noted as already making improvements in The Lanes, if he got years to progress further, who knows - and then Heimer comes in and helps on the other side later on too.
@ yeah, Grayson is definitely still alive, and Marcus was clearly affected by what he saw and probably helped Grayson with her work with Vander, and there’s also the fact that Ambessa wouldn’t have set her sights on Piltover without Hextech. My personal timeline for Silco finding the letter early and being in the girls’ lives growing up is mainly based on two things 1) Silco’s bad eye isn’t as messed up and there are no shimmer effects at all… when originally he had been microdosing for years and it altered his eye, and 2) we see no shimmer at all, and if Silco had worked with Singed up to the point of the explosion… Singed would have just kept experimenting and unleashing it, however if they never teamed up he would’ve had a harder time getting the facilities and test subjects to get to human trials. Without shimmer chemtech would be “cleaner” potentially used to clean up Zaun instead of worsening living conditions, making Zaun a more substantial side of the bargaining table and equalising the progress of the twin cities.
I love how Dee is fighting the tears. that was literally me when i first watched, hell thats literally me rn. That dance/scene honestly killed me. It was just so bitterswee, i was ugly crying and couldt stop until the end of the episode. Also the facial expressions done by Fortiche are just extraordinary, like you can visibly recognize the pain Ekko is going through in that moment, this moment was everything he ever dreamed of in our universe. And the look in powders eyes, comforting, loving. I have never seen this much emotion in an animated medium through facial expressions, what an actual masterpiece by fortiche. Great reaction as always :D
Btw the lyrics of the song during Ekko and Powders dance tell the story of a man and his "best enemy" and the curse they share having been fated to be enemies who've fallen in love. The creators of the show also made a canon adjustment. Ekko and Powder/Jinx ALWAYS work out. In every universe. Their love is a universal constant across time and space.
@@kellanwlasitz His exile would likely lead to his suicide in either case, he was going to jump because he couldn't continue developing Hextech in Piltover. If expulsion pushes him, exile will do it more so.
@@kellanwlasitz They were going to exile him for what actually did happen before his mother intervened. Even if he survived the blast himself, one has to presume the punishment for being responsible for a death was worse to begin with.
My favorite episode ❤❤❤ literally balled watching Powder and Ekko dance. It took a week or so for me to finally stop crying every time I saw that scene, lol.
If you remember Ep. 1, Silco's already had shimmer developed and is microdosing in his eye. So the obvious question is why would Vi dying on that job change so much? IMO, I think it's because of Heimerdinger. Heimerdinger says he's been in the AU for roughly 4 years and that he's been able to accomplish wonderful things. I think he was able to bridge the divide between Piltover and Zaun - maybe even work with Silco and Vander personally to make Zaun a reality. There's a lot of unanswered questions about the AU, but that's my theory. It would also perfectly close Heimerdinger's character arc because his greatest regret was not being more active and helpful while on the council. We see in S1 Arc 1 that the council does listen to and respect his opinions, so it's not unreasonable to think that they would listen to him in this AU.
The job in Ep 1 to quote Silco himself "moved up" his timeline. Without that, Silco had time to reflect on Vi's death, maybe found the letter and reconciled. But the big one that I don't see mentioned a lot is Marcus - he's first on scene, and he was the lynchpin in it all going to hell in the first place. Grayson lives, Vander lives, their pact remains and Vander gets to improve The Lanes for years (with no corrupting Shimmer too) before Heimerdinger even turns up. That all lays the groundwork for Heimerdinger's influence after he does.
I've watched the Ekko and Jinx kiss/ dance scene pretty sure more than 100 times and I tear up every time. The way how Ekko voice cracked, the way they animated Ekko eyes showing pain of loving Powder and leaving her behind, that 1 French song. Everything was so perfectly bitter sweet in that moment. It kinda like experiencing first love break up again.
It really is a pleasure watching it through your two's Human, compassionate, genuine tearful eyes. A couple of interesting points i read about the episode. Jayce had to survive and leave Hell!! and Ekko had to live and leave heaven!! and the time Hiemerdinger said he had waited was the actual exact time between Season 1 and Season 2 that we had to wait :) lol. Keep up the good work ladies.
"How are they going to wrap this up in three episodes?" Riot: "Actually, we're going to wrap it up in two, and use the third for a whole ass side quest in another dimension."

Truly one of my favorite episodes of any show. Really appreciate all the love and effort into creating this one, everything felt purposeful and thoughtful. Jayce gets some love for enduring all that, dude has such a strong will lol, Ekko too for giving this up in hopes to fix his own universe, Heimer risking it all for him! Plus the way Powder is and looks in this universe is sooooo amazing! Even her voice, although subtle, the raspiness in the alternate is essentially gone, very detailed and I love it! Another wholesome reaction! Hope y'all had a well spent Christmas! ❤ PS, love the editor for highlighting Dee's emotional moments, we've been there too lol! We need like a tear count one day 😂
The showrunners said that Vi and Caitlyn cannot exist without each other in any universe, so that implies that Caitlyn died in the explosion as well. (Which also makes sense that the apartment/lab was never touched) And that would also imply that Jayce died. Losing children from both topside and bottom would have been a rough wakeup call and in addition to Jayce being gone, could have spurred them to be better.
Someone told me its 4 frames per second in the dance scene because thats how ekkos time works when he goes back. Which means he relived those moments over and over. I think thats the reason he tells Powder "pretend like its the first time." He kissed her already but rewinded time to experience it again.
I swear you have no right uploading this right now... I'm done crying, I've been for the last weeks and yet you still reacto to this so I'll have to cry again T.T Can't deal with this anymore but at the same time thank you for your reaction!!!
I absolutely get where Ekko is coming from, as much as I would’ve loved to stay behind in this perfect world, I would never rest or know true peace if I left behind everyone else behind knowing I could truly help save them. The saddest part is I know that Vi would absolutely give her life if it meant that everyone could live in a world a beautiful and peaceful as that. I’d do the same thing. But I love how even though our Ekko left to go back home, this worlds Ekko is still alive and continues to live a beautiful life with Powder.
I think this was my favourite episode (or one of!). Hope you ladies had a wonderful Christmas (and you were gifted plenty of tissues, you're STILL gonna need them!)
This is one of my favorite episodes. Now that you've seen it, you should react to the song they danced to with English subtitles, Ma Melliure Ennemie. Along with the lyrics adding a lot of depth, the whole dance was animated at 4 frames per second as a reference to the 4 second time loop. Then, the first line Ekko says after the dance scene is asking if Powder's ever wanted to just stay in one moment forever because he's wishing to keep replaying it. I love this episode.
been such an epic ride. this is my fav episode, which surprised me for sure since my first watch I was just so impatient to get back to the aftermath of 6.
Easily my favorite episode of the entire series. I just want Ekko and Powder to be happy 😭 And poor Jayce going through it this ep. Ekko and Heimer living their best life while Jayce is speedrunning Dark Souls 😂
Vi's death led to no hextech, and probably led to Silco coming together with Vander after failing to protect Felicia's daughter, and work together on fixing Zaun.
Ma Meilleure Ennemie (My dearest enemy) in english the song translates to " Keep your closest friends near, But keep your enemies even closer." It's about how this can't be in the universe Ekko comes from. He's getting it out of his system because with all the evil Jinx has done and how broken she is it, once he goes back he will never have this it's his one chance to live as Heimerdinger states. The pendant is depicting blue roses, which are symbolic of the unattainable because they do not occur naturally. Ekko is cool and I'm glad he got an episode, but he's not really a main character in Arcane like he is in his own stuff because the show doesn't necessarily deal with his core character struggle, same with Warwick in a sense. It's really Vi, Jinx, Caitlyn, Viktor, Jayce who are core to the plot and Ekko gets worked in usually when his relationship with Jinx calls on him. Ekko's character is based heavily on Peter Parker, (he's supposed to have parents unlike Vi and Jinx they made him an orphan so he fits better) and the whole great responsibility thing. The Z-Drive makes it so Ekko can perfect every moment of his life, to the detriment of actually living that life, even though like Spiderman he's meant to be this relatable figure that makes mistakes and has pressures that weigh on him. When Ekko abuses the Z-Drive is when the real meat of his character is seen and that's not in Arcane, but I'll admit it's not as bad as Warwick, who is purely a plot device unfortunately despite his lore being deeper than that.
Powder in her dance outfit deadass made me swoon. We at least now have the comfort of knowing that our baby is happy and sane in an alternate universe 😢
I see you Dee, i think i might have cried harder at this episode than most of the actually sad bits. It's just so beautifully tragic to see what could have been if things went differently and how happy and hopeful the people are, all while knowing that this probably will never be the reality of their original universe.
The dance scene was slowed to 4 times to also be a call out to his time power. But yeah this was a great episode about what well happen and what could have happen.
One detail about Heimer since he is a yordle he is almost immortal. Unless you kill a yordle’s spritiual form then they just respawn in bundle city. So if only the physical form was destroyed than he is alive
Vi died from the explosion So was Caitlyn....hence the reason why the invention was banned. The daughter of a counselwoman died too. Caitlyn was directly in opposition to Vi behind the wall
I'd seen a tweet; I wish I could still find it, but apparently, Cait died in the blast as well, not just Vi. So...BAM...it took both of them out when the crystals exploded. I don't think it was Vi and Cait dying that did it; it was the Hextech. Pretty cool catch on the leg brace, most reactions I've seen didn't notice. Nice.
Season 1 episode 9 Ekko:” it’s not enough to give people what they need to survive, you need to give them what they need to live” to Heimerdinger This episode: Heimer: “I must say since I’ve met you lad, I’ve truly lived” 😭😭 Also I know y’all are caught up with Runeterra lore, but in case you forgot, when a yordle “dies” they respawn in bandle city, their home city. Heimer is out there somewhere!
@ it takes real strength to be open with your emotions. And then even more strength to share those emotions with a world that can punish you for it. I just want to say that everything you ladies do is beautiful and I’m so glad I get to share my time with you.
I feel you Dee I'm exactly like you with the emotional stuff, I was an absolute mess through the second half of season 2. Just ugly crying multiple times. Feel good for it though, the show really resonates and draws you in.
If it makes you feel better Yordles are beings of pure magic they can not be killed or age in the normal world unless by powerful magic. They just get transported back to Bandle city which is also the only place they can age and die .
My favorite best episode of the already incredibly brilliant series. Several viewers do not realize the level of immense intricate DETAILS in the episode. (1) That french song "Ma meilleure ennemie" lyrics PERFECTLY encapsulates the push-pull romance dynamic feelings between Ekko and Jinx/powder. This song skyrocketed in viewership numbers to highest views and replays on the Riot Games Music youtube channel after this episode 7 was released. (2) The slow mo dance scene was at 4 frames per second which hints at Ekko's time reversal limit of 4 seconds (3) Notice gorgeous Jinx/ Powder has the same natural dance moves like her mother. This probably explains how she noticed Ekko's moves because she got that dance instinct from her mama. (4) The NECKLACE Ekko leaves with Jinx/ Powder has a blue rose which is symbolic of unattainable love due to the fact that blue roses do not exist hinting at Ekko's love for THIS version of Jinx/ Powder but he can not stay with her no matter how much he wants to because he has to return to his own timeline. I heard that if you looked very closely at that necklace, you will see the faces of Jinx/ Powder and Ekko within the image of the blue rose. (5) This episode is EXTREMELY important towards events in Episode 9/ final episode of sn2. (6) On this episode 7, Ekko's story theme is "What could have been" while Jayce's story theme is "What should NOT be". (7) In this Ekko's alternate timeline, Silco "found the will to forgive" re-establishing his brotherhood with Vander because of the LETTER from Vander in Season 1. Bonus tidbit.... (8) Ekko has a owl inspired mask which he wore in season 1. Guess what?.... Owls have a narrow limited visual color spectrum so they usually mostly see color BLUE. Ding Ding Ding, Jinx/ Powder...her hair, she is the only one with blue hair.

11:17 "You want peace, this is the price." - Silco
Heyy Meesh & Dee! I will translate for you some lyrics of the song on the scene between ekko and powder, it is "Ma meilleure ennemie" ( my best enemy) by Stromae and Pomme (sorry for my English, as a good French speaker my English is horrible)
You’re the best thing that ever happened to me
But also the worst thing that happened to me
The day I met you, I might have preferred that day never happened
The worst of blessings
The most beautiful curses
From you I should get away
But as the saying goes
"Rather than being alone, it's better to be poorly accompanied"
The chorus:
My best enemy is you
Run away from me
The worst is you and me
And finally
And if you still want to have me, forget about me, the worst is you and I
Why does your name hurt me?
😂nah they f*cked up both lol and valorant, about arcane not sure
This was especially sweet because of how much torment they gave us. It makes for every other episode in the series
Also, Kudos to the editor, Every freezeframe or little reference is an extra that you don't get many places. Great video

Reading this comment is making me emotional all over again 🥹🥹 thanks for watching with us! ❣️

Even when what you're seeing is happy, you're still crying. That's Arcane for you.
Ep 7 be like: "So you know how much better the world would be if Vi just died and Jayce gave up on his hopes and dreams!"
well it could have been either he gave up like you said, died in the explosion, or was exiled from piltover
@@kellanwlasitz I mean. Both are pretty bad
@@Killerwale-hk4wy yea true
@@kellanwlasitz His exile would likely lead to his suicide in either case, he was going to jump because he couldn't continue developing Hextech in Piltover. If expulsion pushes him, exile will do it more so.
@@kellanwlasitz They were going to exile him for what actually did happen before his mother intervened. Even if he survived the blast himself, one has to presume the punishment for being responsible for a death was worse to begin with.
"Hextech isn't a miracle, it's a curse." - Jayce
The dance feels like everything to me, and the song is beautiful. This entire episode is such a fever dream!!
"He didn't get dusted like Sky did" PLSSSSS 😭 why was that so funny I can't
😂😂😂😂
I don't know how, but the way powder says she's 'going to see vi' I immediately knew she was dead
I could watch this episode over and over, it's full of so many cool details and is so beautiful.
When Dee said “thank you Jayce” after the powder/Ekko scene I laughed out loud
😂😂🫶🏼
"How are they going to wrap this up in three episodes?"
Riot: "Actually, we're going to wrap it up in two, and use the third for a whole ass side quest in another dimension."
17:18 In all his leaps forward, it’s something he hasn’t been able to leave behind 😉
As someone who struggled with melancholy for the past and missed oportunities for greater parts of his life this episode straight up murdered me.
Never apologise for crying ..i was sobbing watching some of this show xD
I was drowning in my own tears lol., 😭
this is definitely my favorite episode of the season, it's so beautiful 🥺🥰 I loved seeing Ekko and Powder (Jinx) so happy together 💞💚💙they are so cute , and that song ma meilleure ennemie is perfect 😍 this episode made me feel such a magical feeling, happy and sad at the same time

PS, love the editor for highlighting Dee's emotional moments, we've been there too lol! We need like a tear count one day 😂
❣️❣️❣️
I feel Dee so hard. I cry at everything. Always gotta break out my cleaning cloth for my glasses because they get caked in my tears 😫
Today's plot twist: Heimerdinger has some vocals apparently
Apparently they got as many Heimerdinger VAs to record that in their own languages, which is a nice touch, since it's an in-world song too.
It's okay to cry! Let the tears fall!! I'm cryin' too 😭
My favorite episode this season by far! Notice how in the dance scene is animated in 4 fps, symbolizing Ekko wishes to stay in that moment forever
Powder dancing like her mother and doing the bunny ears hello like her too 🥰🥰
Someone told me its 4 frames per second in the dance scene because thats how ekkos time works when he goes back. Which means he relived those moments over and over. I think thats the reason he tells Powder "pretend like its the first time." He kissed her already but rewinded time to experience it again.
the snippet of sound from RISE when they mentioned Ryze was sending me LMAO

I swear you have no right uploading this right now... I'm done crying, I've been for the last weeks and yet you still reacto to this so I'll have to cry again T.T Can't deal with this anymore but at the same time thank you for your reaction!!!
This episode is so good it didn't need an action scene.
The dance scene left a severe ache in my heartstrings for months.
12:14 Your editor is the GOAT! Would have never noticed this otherwise!
I think this was my favourite episode (or one of!). Hope you ladies had a wonderful Christmas (and you were gifted plenty of tissues, you're STILL gonna need them!)
The episode that made Timebombers out of all of us
This is one of my favorite episodes.
After having my heart ripped out and stomped repeatedly in the last episode, I really, really, needed this episode. And it only gets better from here.
You girls better enjoy this episode of happiness because if you know the Arcane writers like we do, you know it's back to reality after this
Don't worry about Dr Heimer his spirit comeback to Bandle City a dimension of yordles
Yordles are full of magic

"how come it's only affecting heimerdinger?" He is magic, not really a person but a thing of pure magic, magic taking form.
been such an epic ride. this is my fav episode, which surprised me for sure since my first watch I was just so impatient to get back to the aftermath of 6.
Also fun fact, Ekko & Powder's dance is set to 4 frames per second the same amount of time his z-drive allows him to rewind in-game. ✌️😁
Easily my favorite episode of the entire series. I just want Ekko and Powder to be happy 😭 And poor Jayce going through it this ep. Ekko and Heimer living their best life while Jayce is speedrunning Dark Souls 😂

Fun fact about the dancing scene of powder and ekko it was made in 4ps the same number that connects with ekko. He can go back 4 seconds
I'm glad Mylo is alive in this universe, but they did him dirty with that mustache.
Okay but the constant transitions of Ekko and Heimer being in heaven while and Jayce being in hell were unintentionally funny lol
YEEEESSSSS! MEESH & DEE UPLOADED WAKE UP GUYS
Episode of 7 of both seasons of this show were so fire. 🔥 10/10
"See, Jayce was strong enough to crawl his way out of hell;
and Ekko was strong enough to leave heaven behind."
Dee you get all the props, this one was emotional damage.
I see you Dee, i think i might have cried harder at this episode than most of the actually sad bits. It's just so beautifully tragic to see what could have been if things went differently and how happy and hopeful the people are, all while knowing that this probably will never be the reality of their original universe.
I’ve never fought so hard in a reaction to not cry 😂😂 the entire damn episode! Lol this was just too good. Glad we can all cry together lol

"The limit is 4 seconds"
* Jhin greatly approves *
19:20 Because Heimer is a Yordle
The dance scene was slowed to 4 times to also be a call out to his time power. But yeah this was a great episode about what well happen and what could have happen.
Powder knew this wasn't her Ekko but.. She and his love spans across realities. Beautiful couple
it is NOT dee if there are no tears 🥲 THANK YOU for your beautiful reaction, ladies! 👍☺
One detail about Heimer since he is a yordle he is almost immortal. Unless you kill a yordle’s spritiual form then they just respawn in bundle city. So if only the physical form was destroyed than he is alive
Vi died from the explosion
So was Caitlyn....hence the reason why the invention was banned. The daughter of a counselwoman died too. Caitlyn was directly in opposition to Vi behind the wall
Ekko had to go back, if he stayed, the Ekko he took over would have been gone forever. It's really awesome that Powder figured it out.
Nice.
Powder helped ecko make the machine, and he had a lot of hextech shards, powder must have come in the last scene, believe me
Season 1 episode 9
Ekko:” it’s not enough to give people what they need to survive, you need to give them what they need to live” to Heimerdinger
This episode:
Heimer: “I must say since I’ve met you lad, I’ve truly lived”
😭😭
Also I know y’all are caught up with Runeterra lore, but in case you forgot, when a yordle “dies” they respawn in bandle city, their home city. Heimer is out there somewhere!

I feel you Dee I'm exactly like you with the emotional stuff, I was an absolute mess through the second half of season 2. Just ugly crying multiple times. Feel good for it though, the show really resonates and draws you in.
very ironic that you talk about the journey while a banger of a heimerdinger song will playing in this episode :D
If it makes you feel better Yordles are beings of pure magic they can not be killed or age in the normal world unless by powerful magic. They just get transported back to Bandle city which is also the only place they can age and die .
If you haven't already you need to watch a translation of the dance scene song “Ma Meilleure Ennemie”, the lyrics are absolutely heart wrenching.
for me, this was the peak of Arcane season 2
Just to let you know, the description has the wrong episode. Loved the reaction!
tysm!! 😅🫶🏻
The title of the French song they dance to translates to “My Best Enemy”
Jayce had the strength to crawl through hell.
Ekko had the strength to give up heaven.
(2) The slow mo dance scene was at 4 frames per second which hints at Ekko's time reversal limit of 4 seconds
(3) Notice gorgeous Jinx/ Powder has the same natural dance moves like her mother.
This episode is a masterpeace, that's it!
