Ornn (forge god) was hands down the most important part of the cinematic for one reason: he was forging a weapon, something he had not done in millenia. He’s preparing for war
Both cinematic are lore accurate. In the first cinematic you get Ornn who is the freljord semi god of the forge. He is the brother of Volibear the giant bear in the clouds and hasn't forged a weapon in a very long time so him crafting one is important (he is building the infinity edge which is an item in the game). Sejuani and her troups including olaf (viking with axes) are fighting against animalistic shamans following the Volibear the god of war. They are called the Ursines I believe. It's one of her lore stories. Her main theme though is that she is at war with Ashe (lady who rescues Tryndamere at the end of the second cinematic) and is more pro violence and war. Pantheon (The warrior with the spear) is a human who got betrayed by the old god of war and possessed when deemed not strong enough. When the god of war was killed by Aatrox (Demon fighting the 2 angels in second cinematic) only the human (Atreus) survived and started fighting for humanity in defience to demons, Darkins and Celestial gods. He is trying to climb targon and get to the celestial realm for some reason (I guess fight the celestial gods) but he is confronted by leona aspect of the sun and seems to be hit by a celestial beam (perhaps from aurelion sol). In the desert you get Taliyah and Kai sa. The monsters are from the void which is one of the most dangerous thing in the world of league of legends (Runeterra) and comes from an other dimension through dimensional rift. Kai sa (with the mask) was dropped in the void when she was a child but survived with the help of a symbiotic void armor. She recently managed to go out of the void but is forced to go back to stop Reksai (Giant void monster) from rempaging. Taliyah is an earth bender and wields elemental magic she has a tribe in shurima and is pretty cool. (There s a lot more for exemple the statue behind them represents Xolaani an ancient God warrior of shurima turned Darkiin). In the second cinematic you get 3 different time periods. In the past you get the two angels (Morgana and Kayle daughters of Mihira aspect of justice) fighting in demacia against Aatrox and his followers. Aatrox like Xolaani is an ancient god warrior corrupted by the void in a battle in Icaatia that was turned Darkiin then imprisonned in his weapon by celestial gods. His true body is his weapon. In the future you get old Yasuo fighting against bandits and dying. He is from Ionia and was accused of killing his master during the war against Noxus (Ambessa's home turf). He ran away and ended up killing his brother when he was confronted. The sword schoold he comes from teachs technics that allow the wielders to use the wind. In the present you get Tryndamere who is the husband of ashe and a barbarian who got touched by blood darkin magic making him resistant to death. He is about to die but through his blood powers gets to survive. He is fighting Kindred the embodiement of Death (Lamb and Wolf, Merciful and Violent death). At the end the vision of his struggle against death fades away because he is saved by Ashe.
I think what is going on with Tryndamere is that he died and kindred came to collect his soul, but then Trynda resurrected and fought back against Kindred. Kindred even before Ashe came realises that its not time for Trynda and lowers his weapon, then Ashe apears and shoots the arrows.
@Pilek01 trynda in lore got cursed with bloos magic by darkiins. He is so.ewhat unable to die. It's also his ult in game he is unkillable for a few seconds. Imo on the brink of death he is confronted by death but the darkiin magic allows him to fight off death until ashe arrives.
Nah that's not in the future Yasuo. That's just Yasuo after a year of finally escaping Ahri since she's basically a foxy succubus and she's been draining him dry lol. Jk
If I remember correctly, Panth's trying to get to the top because it is the only way to rid himself of the god of war, because he is an aspect he can not die through normal means, and he wants to die. Then there are theories that if he gets to the top and rids himself of the aspect because the aspect itself was killed without a worthy host to take it, it will fade and the gods are threaten to lose a aspect and that is why they are working so hard to keep panth from getting to the top.
The one in 4:27 is called 'Ornn' and he's the "god of the forge" the champions displayed on still here are: And the 2nd cinematic is: Still here The cinematic is the most rich in lore on the Runeterra world. This one shows you the past, the present and the future of the lore; where in any part of history there's Kindred waiting to harvest the souls of the people that's about to die. If the person have willing to die, they will receive the arrow from the Lamb, and if they deny to accept death they will face the Wolf, wich is gonna be hunting them The past: In Demacia on early ages- Kayle & Morgana fighting Aatrox (the darkinn wars) The present: In Freljord- Ashe saving Tryndamere in the curve of death who was being hunted by Kindred (The death itself) that has the shape of a wolf and the lamb. The future: Ionia- Yasuo, accepting his death with the arrow from Kindred after saving that woman.
correction on the future. riot has said its a possible future and thats ashes arrow just bleeding through. you see the hawk shot explode in the next shot. also notice it looks nothing like his arrows in the next shot. riot also did a breakdown of the skills used and they do call it hawkshot there.
6:30 I really recommend watching Necrit's lore video on this one case a lot is hidden in the details, with literal death, Yasuo, the "angels" and "demon" and so on.
The wolf and the masked lamb are the kindred, they are this universe's version of the grim reaper, fighting them means tryndamere is literally fighting death in that last scene. Which is what his ultimate does ingame, he cannot die for a few seconds.
If I remember correctly the first cinematic is actually cannon to the lore. I think the "All That Will Ever Be | Bel'Veth Cinematic" comes after the call one but I could be wrong. The Vel'Veth cinematics shows you where Kaisa went after jumping inside that hole.
4:20 if you wanna know where kai'sa is going, its revealed in a following champion teaser trailer called "All That Will Ever Be | Bel'Veth Cinematic - League of Legends"
You have to watch the explanation from necrit to "Still here". 😮 It's giving you so much more insight into a lot of details you have missed. And it makes is so much more epic!
The character in the final scene is Tryndamere, he has an ability that makes him temporarily immortal and the relationship that would be, the wolf and the sheep represent death, that's why they disappeared when Ashe, the white-haired girl, appeared, saving Tryndamere (Ashe is still Tryndamere's wife. that at the beginning it was just something political, in the end they fell in love) (in the area where they live, tribal leaders can have several husbands but she had several tribes under her command so she decided to only have one and that he was not from any of the tribes she would command)
The last part of the Still Here cinematic is my favourite. Here is a bit of the context behind it. We witness Tryndamere the Barbarian King fighting against death itself. Kindred are two spirits of death in Runeterra, also know as Eternal Hunters. Lamb (the one with the bow) swiftly end lifes of those who accep death and wolf chase down and consume those who do not accept their fate. In this moment Tryndamere was gravely wounded on the battlefield and thats why death came for him but he wasnt going to go easly. While his soul was fighting against Lamb and Wolf, in reality he was still on the battlefield, fighting off enemies with his last breath and surely he would die if not for his Undying Rage that can keep him alive for a while. It boight him just enough time for Ashe, his wife, ro appear and kill the last two enemies on the battlefield. Since he was no longer on the edge of dying, Kindred disappeared.
you should both react to Worlds 2024 Opening ceremony, where they live performed Paint the town blue( sound track of arcane season 2 ep 4), Still here, And Heavy is the crown ( soundtrack from arcane S2E1 & also soundtrack of Worlds 2024). anyway i enjoy your reactions
Please react to Necrit lore explanation of Still Here. It eleviates this cinematic from a great to incredible. There's just so much lore details in it.
if you want to know what happens in theses video you can look up Necrit . that dude channel does a good job at explaining the story behind all these cinematic
I'm posting it one more time so you can have it. League is an on-going game that still runs on an old engine, as of so far they haven’t decided to update the engine, but it’s a live service game. Each year they release new champions, effects, etc. Basically old champs can fall behind from graphics, gameplay, etc. so every season they will re-work a few champs and launch a trailer to tease them) -Fiddlesticks: terror in Demacia Tip for all of these, they should be in the playlist on leagues youtube page and easy to find. I omitted some that are already mentioned. I put * symbol by some because they are best watched in an order. For example, you can find the ruination event if you look up “sentinels of light” - and playlist by timfernix (ironically ruination event is not a playlist on leagues youtube page lol) Start watching all the League of Legends animated music videos: 1) Phoenix 2) Legends Never Die 3) Enemy 4) Rise 5) Breathe 6) K/DA (This is K-Pop music) Then there are the Tales of Runeterra: Noxus Demacia Freljord Bilgewater Don't Mess With The Yordles Ionia Shadow Isles Targon Piltover and Zaun Shurima Then there's the ORIGIN stories and Summoner's Rift Cinematics. Annie Darius Warwick Fiddlesticks Ekko Amumu Xayah and Rakan The Path, An Ionian Myth Kin of The Stained Blade Ryze Call of Power A New Dawn Feeding Frenzy (two newest one's are "blood, Sweat, Tears" & "Heavy is the Crown - Linkin Park Music video") And I recommend reacting to "Bridging The Rift- Making of Arcane" I also recommend "Neacrit" he is a long time youtuber, like 9/10 years who just focuses soley on league content and lore. I recommend "Riot MMO is almost done" as it gives you a simple overview of the land of runeterra and each region.
League community, shower them with all the lores!!! 😁😁😁 I will just tell u about the character you questioned about in the first cinematic, his name is Ornn, he is a GOD and he is responsible for most of the godly weapons availability in the world of runeterra, he forges it himself and gave it to the humans once. Then after the war, he went away and stopped forging coz it was needed... for millennial he didn't but now he's back and forgin weapons again that means a BIG WAR is coming in the present timeline of runeterra.
If you want to see what happens to Kai'sa after she lured Rek'sai back down the hole check out the video "All that will ever be!" Just an FYI these 2 cinematics "The Call" & "Still here!" Are cononical lorewise.
I'll inform you guys about the last reaction STILL HERE; For those who need context: ( "Kindred" is the combination of lamb and wolf. They are one creature. They are not angel of death.. They are exactly appearance of death) -This whole cinematic is about Kindred. They are the aspect of death. If you accept death, Lamb (the pale one) gives you a swift release with her arrow. If you avoid it, Wolf (the dark one) will hunt you down and make it more painful -The first scene is in the past somewhere around Damacia. Where the two patron sisters fight Aatrox the darkin. Darkin are akin to demon, they possess an host. In the current lore the sisters do not talk anymore because of their vastly different view on justice. Kindred is always present for a death. So when Kayle (the blonde one) burns it all down. Killing the host of Aatrox, the shape can be seen in the flame -The second is a possible future where Noxus successfully invaded Ionia. Yasuo is trying to save a few people and then dies. You can see wolf eyes in the treeline and Lamb arrow finish him off. You can see he accepts his faith because he looks up for a fraction of a second (Noticing Lamb's arrow) and makes sure to finish off the last guy before kneeling. -The last if Tryndamere in the present state of the lore. He has some of Aatrox blood (the first demonic red creature who fought 2 sisters) and a rage so great every time he comes close to dying he pushes it away. Hence why he is fighting Kindred, fighting death. His wife Ashes comes to save him at the end but lamb will come back eventually. -The "I'm still here" is not so much the heroes it is Kindred themselves because death is inevitable.ADDITIONAL INFO; the hero fighting Kindred in the snowy fields is Tryndamere, and his eyes go red because in the game his ultimate ability is a bloodfrenzied fury (in the lore they let it be understood as some kind of infection from Aatrox's blood magic), which makes him literally unkillable for a short amount of seconds, making him the only human capable of fending off death, therefore the only human who can survive a direct encounter with Kindred. LAST INFO; The last guy Tyrandamere is not fight actually with Kindred (death) that was just in his mind.. If you look beginning of the cinematic, there were 8 enemies around him.. At last (Ashe) the archer (his wife) threw 2 arrows the two enemies behind him, all enemies were gone.. That means, Tyrandamere was fighting and killing the other 6 of them.. He was close to the death .. And because of this, he saw Kindred's fighting with him.. But actually he was fighting the those 6 enemies..
You really need to react to the Worlds Opening Ceremony LOL 2024 , it was insane. And if you wanna continue later with those opening ceremonies, I would recommend the 2019, 2017 and 2023 ones. You will love them, believe me :)
(a little advice.)After watching the videos, you can also look at the short stories of the characters in the videos and comment on them. Or their abilities in the game, so it can be more understandable.
if i'm gonna se Ashe on the next series NOXUS i will lose my mind but i don't think so because if she is there she does Tryndamere and then they will have to extend to frelijord to much but it will be a great show if they put the Frelijord region in the next series /:)) also loved the reaction !
Lore fans will explain details in these cinematics I trust them. League universe is quite a big universe. We have over 160 characters with have their own stories and 12-13 main regions. 1)Demacia 2)Freljord 3)Noxus 4)Piltover and Zaun 5)Targon 6)Shurima 7)Ixtal 8)Ionia 9)Bilgewater 10)Shadow Isles 11)Camavor 12)Bandle City 13)The Void(kinda?) So you can have some ıssues while watching these cinematics. But if you want to explore this universe you can watch our lore leader "Necrit" His one of the new videos called "League Universe Explained For Arcane Fans" will be great for you. Of course you can still enjoy and have fun while watching these cinematics if you not know the lore. But I would like to see you explore the Universe. Thanks for your interests Extra not: Lmaooooo look at us mannnn. Even i afraid of ourself 💀
Please react to "Tales of Runeterra", these are videos from various parts of the League of Legends world. Each one is in a different region and features characters that you might like!
The Call Hairy lava man is a guy named Ornn, God of the forge. he has sworn (and when a god makes an oath, it's basically unbreakable) to never forge another weapon unless the world itself is in imminent danger. Ice lady with the pig is Sejuani, leader of one of the 3 major (human) tribes of the freljord (ice place), the other 2 major tribes being led by her sisters, Ashe and Lissandra (they hate each other, don't ask) Cool Viking guy who throws the axe is olaf, he's on a suicide quest to die in glorious combat because a Seer said he'd die peacefully in his sleep in bed when he was old. The bears are the children of Volibear, storm god (popped up in the clouds briefly), Both Ornn and Volibear are siblings who had a major battle years ago and don't like each other. As stated above, because of how vicious their battle was, Ornn vowed to never forge another weapon again unless he was able to predict a realm ending event happening soon. moving on the Spartan guy, that's pantheon (technically he's a dude possessed by pantheon) and is the god of war, not to be confused with Kratos. he's climbing mount targon (basically mount Olympus) because he hates the other gods, Leona, the sun god pops down to dual him for a bit, then Aurelion Sol (basically the god of anything between this particular solar system to the entire universe, not particularly descriptive, but he's a big space dragon) knocks pantheon off the mountain(technically Sol doesn't like anybody related to Mount Targon, but he was tricked by their rulers and they chained him thus they control him and his powers), causing our boi to lean into his god powers to yeet back up to finish his beef with the gods. Sand place (Shurima) has Taliyah, The earthbender, helping Kai'sa (sexy mutant suit lady) fight the children of Rek'sai (the big monster from the hole) to lure rek'sai out so that Kai'sa can hop into the void to do things and such, meanwhile Taliyah stays behind to seal the hole once kai'sa is in. this is likely the thing leading into future story development, so we don't know a lot of the "whys" yet. Kais'sa and Taliyah for context are both from the land of Shruima which long ago was sucked up by the "Void" Kais'a herself was sucked up when her village went under as a child and she only survived because she decided to go further into the Void, thus she found a piece of the void and it's molded to her body. She eventually escaped the void and has vowed to protect all other realms from the void trying to suck up everything. Basically, the void wants to devour everything it touches. Still Here Context: This cinematic is described as the "Past, Present, and Possible Futures" and if you noticed between each transition, there is very small image of Kindred as she comes to claim each soul's life, in the fire when Morgana burns Aatrox and her eyes in the faint woods as Yasuo accepts his death with the arrow being shot at him The first two characters you see (the angels) are Morgana (Purple Wings), and Kayle (White Wings) the twin Aspects of Justice. They're also sisters wielding two halves of their mother's blade (their mother was the previous Aspect of Justice). That scene takes place in the past of what we know of the lore right now, during a siege on a kingdom called Demacia, which happened in ancient times. To be an Aspect is kind of like being an avatar for a god. The person they're fighting is Aatrox, who, at one point, was also kind of an avatar for godly powers, but was corrupted by blood magic, and effectively "cursed" to never die. He now seeks the destruction of all existence in the hopes that he could finally rest. The last bit of the scene seems to be meant to show the differences in Kayle and Morgana's personalities. Morgana will sink to any low she needs to in order to do what is right, whereas Kayle sees herself above it all, looking at her position as an Aspect as far more important than it possibly is. Since this is the past, this is technically before Kayle and Morganna split and go separate ways on deciding how to deal Justice. But you can definitely tell Kayle is now mad at Morganna for using magic and two, throwing down there's mother sword. The second scene is of the future, in a small village in a land called Ionia. The old samurai is a character by the name of Yasuo, a master of a powerful wind technique. He's had a life of disgrace, and hardship, failing to save his master who taught him the wind technique, being blamed for his death, and then having to kill his own brother who hunted him down. Clearly, when he grows old, he finds a place in the small village, and lives there in peace until it's attacked, prompting him to take up a sword in defense of the people. The scene is pretty self-explanatory, but it's a very strong moment for League of Legends fans for sure. The final scene is my favorite. The whole video starts with the line "Tomorrow is a hope. Never a promise." This line is spoken by Lamb, one half of the character known as The Kindred. The Kindred serve as the Grim Reaper of the world of League of Legends. The story goes that Death was so lonely that it split itself in two, so it would "always have a friend". One half is the Lamb, and the other half is the Wolf. Lamb represents the peace in acceptance of death, wielding a bow to deliver a swift end, and Wolf represents the violence of rejecting and running from death, being literally a beast that mauls anything that tries to escape. You only see them when they've decided your time has come. (One last quick note - Lamb feels little but knows everything, while Wolf feels everything but knows little.) The character we zoom in on at the end is Tryndamere, a barbarian king of the Freljord (Frel-yord). At the very beginning, he seems to be in a battle for his life against surrounding forces. When we reach the end, his vision shifts to a darker scene, and the image of the Kindred come into his view. Wolf is on the offensive, because Tryndamere is trying to fight for his life. Lamb tries to deliver shots that will end him quickly, but it seems Lamb is surprised to see that Tryndamere has a power that lets him avoid death for a short time (which is what the red in his eyes means) (Tryndamere is also infused with blood magic, but was not corrupted; which technically allows him to become immortal when on the brink of death). It catches them off guard and lets Tryndamere almost get a blow in. While Wolf attempts to maul him, Lamb tries to go for one final strike, when Ashe, the frost archer, and wife of Tryndamere, arrives and kills two of the men that were attacking him. The Kindred and their darkness fade away, indicating that Ashe's arrival has saved Tryndamere from the Kindred's hunt, and the death he was destined for. As more forces move in against them, Ashe fires a hawk shot into the air to signal their position and call for reinforcements.
The only bit wrong in the explanation is, the Pantheon bit. At this point in the lore/video, Atreus (Human name) has completely become the Aspect of War, the new Pantheon basically. But the rest is all right 💪
And imagine that Arcane is just only 0.01% of the LOL storyline
And rewrote 75% of the story it covered.

pls in top
Best opening ceremony since 2019, and might be the best one they ever did. The live version of Still Here is epic.
Please react to Necrit lore explanation of Still Here. It eleviates this cinematic from a great to incredible. There's just so much lore details in it.
STILL HERE.. .IS SO EPIC .. EVER AND NEVER
if you want to know what happens in theses video you can look up Necrit . that dude channel does a good job at explaining the story behind all these cinematic
I'm posting it one more time so you can have it. Here's good playlist in order

Skin Trailers

Season trailers (these are considered their top-notch cinematics, they release one trailer every new season of the game typically and usually what most fans wait for each year, even non-league players watch these cinematics
-Awaken 2019
-Warriors | Season2020
-The Call | Season 2022
-Still Here | Season 2024
Cool short clips
-The Light within - elementalist lux
-Annie: origins
-Welcome Aboard - Odyssey Animated trailer
-“The Path, An Ionian Myth” then “Kin of the Stained Blade”
Champion re-work trailers (these are when they make trailers for champions who have been re-worked. League is an on-going game that still runs on an old engine, as of so far they haven’t decided to update the engine, but it’s a live service game. Each year they release new champions, effects, etc. Basically old champs can fall behind from graphics, gameplay, etc. so every season they will re-work a few champs and launch a trailer to tease them)
-Fiddlesticks: terror in Demacia
Tip for all of these, they should be in the playlist on leagues youtube page and easy to find. I omitted some that are already mentioned. I put * symbol by some because they are best watched in an order. For example, you can find the ruination event if you look up “sentinels of light” - and playlist by timfernix (ironically ruination event is not a playlist on leagues youtube page lol)

And I recommend reacting to "Bridging The Rift- Making of Arcane"
I also recommend "Neacrit" he is a long time youtuber, like 9/10 years who just focuses soley on league content and lore. I recommend "Riot MMO is almost done" as it gives you a simple overview of the land of runeterra and each region.
League community, shower them with all the lores!!! 😁😁😁
I will just tell u about the character you questioned about in the first cinematic, his name is Ornn, he is a GOD and he is responsible for most of the godly weapons availability in the world of runeterra, he forges it himself and gave it to the humans once. Then after the war, he went away and stopped forging coz it was needed... for millennial he didn't but now he's back and forgin weapons again that means a BIG WAR is coming in the present timeline of runeterra.
League of Legends is GOOOOOOOOD
Please react to all the Star Guardian videos, THEY ARE SO WORTH IT, the animation, the story, the music!
If you want to see what happens to Kai'sa after she lured Rek'sai back down the hole check out the video "All that will ever be!"
Just an FYI these 2 cinematics "The Call" & "Still here!" Are cononical lorewise.
They are cute watching this scene without understanding it
I'll inform you guys about the last reaction STILL HERE;
For those who need context: ( "Kindred" is the combination of lamb and wolf. They are one creature. They are not angel of death.. They are exactly appearance of death)
-This whole cinematic is about Kindred. They are the aspect of death. If you accept death, Lamb (the pale one) gives you a swift release with her arrow. If you avoid it, Wolf (the dark one) will hunt you down and make it more painful
-The first scene is in the past somewhere around Damacia. Where the two patron sisters fight Aatrox the darkin. Darkin are akin to demon, they possess an host. In the current lore the sisters do not talk anymore because of their vastly different view on justice. Kindred is always present for a death. So when Kayle (the blonde one) burns it all down. Killing the host of Aatrox, the shape can be seen in the flame
-The second is a possible future where Noxus successfully invaded Ionia.
But you can see scratches of the wolf's claws on a Trindamier shoulder in 'real' world... so it was still kind of real fight with Kindred
There are a LOT of other contents fron riot games to this world. Both videos are "explained" by a few short stories almost no one know.
Please watch 2024 worlds opening ceremony, they include stories of the cinematic in the show
You really need to react to the Worlds Opening Ceremony LOL 2024 , it was insane.
1)Demacia
2)Freljord
3)Noxus
4)Piltover and Zaun
5)Targon
6)Shurima
7)Ixtal
8)Ionia
9)Bilgewater
10)Shadow Isles
11)Camavor
12)Bandle City
13)The Void(kinda?)
So you can have some ıssues while watching these cinematics.
But if you want to explore this universe you can watch our lore leader "Necrit"
His one of the new videos called "League Universe Explained For Arcane Fans" will be great for you. Of course you can still enjoy and have fun while watching these cinematics if you not know the lore. But I would like to see you explore the Universe. Thanks for your interests

The Call
Hairy lava man is a guy named Ornn, God of the forge. he has sworn (and when a god makes an oath, it's basically unbreakable) to never forge another weapon unless the world itself is in imminent danger.
Still Here
Context: This cinematic is described as the "Past, Present, and Possible Futures" and if you noticed between each transition, there is very small image of Kindred as she comes to claim each soul's life, in the fire when Morgana burns Aatrox and her eyes in the faint woods as Yasuo accepts his death with the arrow being shot at him
The first two characters you see (the angels) are Morgana (Purple Wings), and Kayle (White Wings) the twin Aspects of Justice.
(One last quick note - Lamb feels little but knows everything, while Wolf feels everything but knows little.)
The character we zoom in on at the end is Tryndamere, a barbarian king of the Freljord (Frel-yord).
But the rest is all right 💪
Please react legend of faker😊😊
Bring Demon Slayer 😢😢
