I love watching Anthony. He is down to earth, simple, practical. I try to be the same. My relatives are wealthy, and do not think twice about refurbishment and reuse. I have just redone my bathroom, kept my old vanity and painted it, painted the 1970s tile walls, added a new floor, deep sink, quartz countertop. I found wood shelves at the goodwill, and had the perfect mirror, in my collection of second hand mirrors. It looks awesome, and fits well into our 100 plus year old house. I loved doing this project. My relatives would have gutted the entire bathroom. I strive to live a simple, low stress life.

Just wanted to say don’t be too hard on yourself about not being able to save/poor planning, I did the same thing, just do some day trips and as long as you can afford your bills, maybe you can save and maybe do small excursions to hotels or sight see and just think, no van repairs and we get to see the sights thru Anthony’s videos! I’m tight on money now and I’m working 10-6 and off weekends so I just try to drive to my son’s house on the weekends and I’ll do trips with them, when I can! Let’s just do the best we can, we can’t change the past!!
I have no doubt that you WILL be able to learn your own van life dream. Do everything one step at a time as you can, keep learning as you go, and you will get there! 👍🏾🚙💖
Just a couple of suggestions. For your sandwich I would remove the bottom of the sandwich and add put the muffin top in and then the egg when the egg is done place the bottom part back on for a few seconds to warm back up and that should keep your English muffin not to get to crisp. For your tea you can pour more hot water in that tiny cup with the same tea bag and that would be equal to a full cup of tea and still have the same delicious flavor without using up all your tea bags for more tea. It is a little cup but so cute lol I make the McDonald's egg mcmuffins for my grandsons and they don't like them crispy either lol I forgot to add if you like the mcgriddles you can use the frozen little pancakes for them. Love how your van is working out for you. It's pretty awesome

Ever think about heating your sausage first, then putting your cheese on the sausage, then putting your warmed sausage and cheese in a muffin and then putting your muffin with the already warmed sausage and melted cheese back into your sandwich warmer... Sausage warmed through and through and instead of a crispy muffin bottom you've got a soft perfectly warmed, perfectly seasoned with a little hint of sausage muffin bottom 👨🏾🍳

I used to do that ,too. I'd heat up water in my regular tea pot placed on my Coleman 2 burner stove I kept on a lil folding table outside my car in the driveway of a friend. I'd make a cup of hot tea, wash my face ,brush my teeth with the warm water. Made me feel so much like a normal human then. I'd also cook on that stove ,just about anything. I'd made dry toast in a small fry pan,then saute some chopped veggies, scramble an egg with bacon bits. Chicken and veggies with rice, spaghetti and crumbled hamburger with spaghetti sauce. List goes on.
Nice with the little collapsible cups with water pot that all collapses to take up less space when you are short of storage space. Anthony, you got it going!
Hi Anthony, The sausage bag has a Ziplock at the top so you don't need a knife and can reseal it. Also try Sargento cheese, it's the real stuff and worth the few extra bucks. Thanks for sharing your breakfast with us!

Solution to the crispy bottom: swap out the bottom bun for the other one before putting egg in and wait to add ch3ese until top bun is added. This way, both bun sides get about the same level of heat. Love your videos and the fact you're living your dream.

You mentioned the bottom half of muffin gets too hard--a small $ store spray bottle filled with water should alleviate that with a quick spritz on the muffin. Put the frozen sausage patty in first close it cook it , then take it out, put the bottom of muffin in ,put sausage and cheese on top, then start cooking your egg. The bottom won't get so crisp
Here's a tip-- heat up the unit--put the meat ONLY on the bottom & cook till browned --take off the meat-- put down bottom half of muffin -- cheese then meat--put down the second section of the cooker-- crack your egg in it & put on the top half of muffin on top of uncooked egg-- cook @4 minutes -- egg will cook just fine & no burnt muffin -- also use a little Pam cooking spray

Try this, line with foil first then add sausage, cheese, egg, when egg almost ready put one side of muffin on egg pull foil up & flip it where the muffin is now on bottom of warmer ,remove the foil, place other muffin on top & close warmer, both sides of muffin warming together. Let us know.

Hey Anthony try putting a piece of wax paper or damp paper towels under the bottom of your first muffin. I think ther will help create a barrier between the muffin laying on the plate for so long. You could even try putting the meat items you choose on the bottom plate and then arrange it properly after it’s all cooked.

Had the same thing this morning egg mc muffin and ice coffee
@@FOASQUAD I bought a pumpkin swirl bread, like Thomas cinnamon raisin swirl. and made an egg sandwich with maple sausages and smeared cream cheese on the toast. it was fire!!! 💥 well who needs a pumpkin spice latte when you can have the sandwich. if you head out to LA, come by to Belmont Shore in Long Beach, .. I will promise to make you one 💫

Wow! You’re in my neck of the woods! Maumelle is pronounced “Ma-u-melle.” It’s a subdivision of Little Rock. Hot Springs is about 1.5 south of Little Rock. They’re known for their artesian hot water springs and bath houses. That noise is from the Jacksonville Airbase. Have fun in my home state!!🖖🏾🖖🏾

Glad your breakfast and tea was a "Wowzer." That sandwich maker or whatever it's called, would be nice to have. I love your inside setup. I know you are glad it has more space. Nice Saturday breakfast for the family
Put the frozen sausage patty in first close it cook it , then take it out, put the bottom of muffin in ,put sausage and cheese on top, then start cooking your egg. The bottom won't get so crisp
Scoop the egg shell out with the shell you cracked. Works every time.
Here's a tip-- heat up the unit--put the meat ONLY on the bottom & cook till browned --take off the meat-- put down bottom half of muffin -- cheese then meat--put down the second section of the cooker-- crack your egg in it & put on the top half of muffin on top of uncooked egg-- cook @4 minutes -- egg will cook just fine & no burnt muffin -- also use a little Pam cooking spray

You didn’t have to cut it & also the seasoning you got from buccees, the ap stands for all purpose. Try this, line with foil first then add sausage, cheese, egg, when egg almost ready put one side of muffin on egg pull foil up & flip it where the muffin is now on bottom of warmer ,remove the foil, place other muffin on top & close warmer, both sides of muffin warming together. Let us know.

Hey Anthony try putting a piece of wax paper or damp paper towels under the bottom of your first muffin. I think ther will help create a barrier between the muffin laying on the plate for so long. You could even try putting the meat items you choose on the bottom plate and then arrange it properly after it’s all cooked.
