Hi Anthony, just a tip, you can distribute the seasoning on your chicken by putting it inside a Ziploc bag rather than taking a chance of contaminating with your hands. 🙃

I haven't traveled outside of the country since I was a kid; nearly 20 years ago! That's really disheartening but I can make up for it! I saw a man in CVS taking a photo for his 2 days ago. I can't wait until you guys plan the cruise, that footage is going to be off the chain. The meal looks delicious, I think I'm going to try that one. We call the way those thighs were cooked, "stewed." You can have stewed chicken or stewed beef, both turn out nice and tender. Stewing involves frying the meat in a small amount of oil, just so it doesn't stick, and then adding liquid such as the tomatoes and beans and such to allow it to cook down and tenderize. I think the acid from the tomatoes helps the chicken to break down even more. It looked delicious. I think I'll use Kidney beans in mine, that's my favorite bean. Great upload. Oh, and I'd suggest keeping some baby wipes handy to wipe your hands good. During Covid I was pouring rubbing alcohol over those baby wipes and wiping my hands, and my desk at work, the phone, keyboard the whole nine. They stay moist, and have a cleaning agent already on them. The alcohol will turn it into something antibacterial for when you're working with chicken and such. You don't need much alcohol either, just a few splashes. I'm waiting on the live Q&A, can't wait.

I smiled on my passport AND wear glasses . . . that CVS lady was trippin', LOL! In my neck of the woods (Vermont) we actually have the option of paying a bit extra to get a dual passport/driver's license because we are so close to Montreal. Makes it really convenient. You should plan to eventually travel up this way (any season except winter . . . though we can sometimes get snow into May) and put your new passport to use! Both Vermont and Montreal are beautiful. That dish looked delicious and was pretty easy to whip up. I can eat chickpeas every day in every way! This is the type dish I love over rice.

👍👍💡I think it’s the FIZZ you get from cold fountain drinks that makes the drink more enjoyable. Once I figured out that I was addicted to the fizz from fountain drinks, I bought a SODA STREAM (the machine doesn’t require electricity, so I even take it on roadtrips) and started drinking more water and STOPPED DRINKING EMPTY CALORIES (so I can have my yummy chocolate desserts 😂). You can even flavor the water (if you must). 💝

Hello All. When I got my passport renewed and my eight year old her passport they told us not to smile either and I HATE my photo as I was MEAN mugging in the photo. I said the same thing I don’t care if I go no further than Canada right now we’re going to get a stamp. I’m sooooooo hungry after watching to cooking video. The food looks good.
Anthony just a suggestion go for the past port book . Cause that would cover you . In case of on emergency you can fly out. Just with the card you would go on land and water . 😊

That looked really good, Anthony; it'd probably be good over rice, too. Same here re cold beverages: I like plenty of ice, & enjoy draining it from the glass. That's a pretty nice set up at that park, with room for all your cooking utensils & table too stove. Really, though, am quite interested in your idea of the small camper & staying in one place for the summer months. Will be fun seeing what you come away from the RV exhibition; please do share that.
