Raising baby penguins may sound like fun and games, but it's no easy job. Things can get messy, the nursery is freezing cold, and eight chicks eat an awful lot of fish each day. (Never mind the job of cutting up all those herring into bite-sized pieces!) Central Park Zookeeper Nora Bierne offers her take on the job in this video interview.
I agree... I would love a job like this, at least for a season. I'm not into animals and babies or even baby animals. Nor am I into freezing cold temperatures but penguins... I would seriously deal with the cold, clean poop, and smell like fish for a month just to hold one once for a minute... It makes me tear up thinking about it. I don't know what it is about penguins. I just look up to them and admire them so much.
Much respect for these people taking care of the wildlife.☺👍

Certain species are, I believe the gentoo are in the arctic but chinstraps are either farther from the arctic region or straight up down south the border.
Why are they not with there parents

Why arnt there parents taking care of them. Seems unfair to take them from their parents
