You are right. The government should improve the transit rules. It’s very scary when you try to cross the streets and cars won’t stop. The whole city is a mess and dirty. scams and beggars everywhere. Well at the end is expected cause is a third world country.

this is downtown tahrir square and around area/streets not el zamalek ,but zamalek another pretty area in cairo along with madinet nasr, maadi ,masr el gidida or heliopolis
