@DoveJS Arceus was an event only pokémon in gen IV. Being only available at lv100, Arceus couldn't have been fully EV trained. Only being used in unofficial tournaments and later being banned to Anything Goes DPP. In gen V and above is when Arceus could be fully trained and used.
There are no challengers to Ray Rizzo's GOAT status... There have been more than 10 years since he retired and no one came even close... And the competitive format is getting worse every day as opposed to when he played. Gen 4 and 5 are problably the most complete balanced competitives experiences ever. Nowadays you just pick your one shot machine and pray to not get counter one shot machined basically.

You should do a vgc staple moves tier list. Like stuff that’s usable on every mon that gets it (skill swap, wide guard, speed control options, weather, spore, thunder wave), staple offensive moves from the best offensive types (moonblast, shadow ball, heavy slam, etc.) and also protect/detect. Feel like those would be harder to objectively list in order, but also i like tier list vids so maybe im biased.
Ik this is a VGC channel, but Togekiss is such a fun Pokémon to use in draft league. I’ve run specs, t wave support, and wish protect for different matches on it, super versatile and fun to use. (Also my team’s namesake, it was “I Togekissed A Girl”)
