Tangential, but the Emperor should have brought Magnus back to Terra along with Dorn. Upon returning to Terra, he should have revealed his Webway project to at least them.
Funny that Dorn gets that "I know your stuff better than you" moment with Alpharius, when we later see from Alpharius pov, that Alpharius allowed those "mistakes" to give Dorn something to see.

Daemon angron has lost against most of his brothers, despite having the power of the warp. Human angron would have been even easier to defeat for them.
Actually, given the ruthlesness Dorn displayed agains Alpharius and Fulgrim, i doubt he would have fliched at Angron coming at him. Dorn might not be known as a savage fighter, but that's because he usually was doing more important stuff, unlike Russ, Kurtze or the Khan, and yet he was probably one of the strongest fighters you could met face to face, may be not to the level of Sanguinius, or Johnson but not far. Gulliman and Lorgar are usually struggling when facing another primach, but dorn was going straight for the kill, in the most ruthelss, dispassionate and efficient way possible. Some times Dorn was taken aback like when Kurtze suddently assaulted him, but, given how pondering he was as a primarch, when he was there to prove a point, and meant it, either being Ferrus, Fulgrim, or Apharius he just was going full lawnmover, never bothering to show off in the process. In this he was a close match for Perturabo, another guy not usually fighting in the pit, but not the first choice to fight against on the battlefield, (Angron included)
Daemon Angron lose only to Sanguinius and Lion lol. Perturabo striking angron with artillery strike and still don't win. Pert just start to talk with Angron before the Siege of Terra. And I don't remember in which book but I think it's Lorgar who says that the gods show him that the Angron one of the primarchs who can kill Sanguinius and have chances (second is obvious horus) @@AthosJosue
Neither, we do not need have the lore for Robute(8th found) and Rogal(7th found) because the lore is Robute, Rogal, Malacador, and The Emperor all had deep bonds, for when they met they sang the ancient Terran song "The Very Model of a Modern Major-General" in alternating verse, like the most beautiful musical choir any could ever see... to which Perturabo(12th found) found so tasteful he chimed in, not only being wrong in his incorrect though adequately rhyming verse, but also birthing the rivalry between Perturabo and Dorn, for it's was Rogal's verse he cut off and added to, unknowing of it's ancient Terran roots.
Once again rho I think youre misinterpretting what dorns saying about roboute. When he says "roboute will stop him" he is talking about Roboute coming in with his legion to lift the siege. Not if they were switched Roboute magically could have won the siege. And again miaunderstanding the quote where he says "you wuote my own brother at me" you somehow twist that around into rogal saying roboute is better than him, he is saying if roboute were there he would tell you the same thing in telling you. No one could have done what rogal did other than the emperor, but he needed to be onthe throne. I have no idea why my boys slept on so much.
That was my reading as well; I don't get the Guilliman glazing out of nowhere 😅 (as if he doesn't get credit enough). In my reading at least, The Siege of Terra happened the way that it did precisely because that was the only way it could have played out. And I mean that for EVERYONE involved. Let's not forget that Horus himself is quoted saying of Dorn that he is,"-possibly the greatest Martial exponent I have ever known". Not Guilliman, not Russ, not The Lion, not Fulgrim, placed even above himself. Because Dorn, perhaps above any other primarch put all his skills points into being a military commander even to the detriment of all other qualities.
Lemon Russ: “I was tricked into murdering Magnus and his legion b-but he fought back!” -_-

When are we going to get how the Emperor or Malcadore felt about the primarchs
Best for last
Well, the problem with Rogal Dorn and his opinions is that, by the end of Horus' revolt, he completely lost his grip (😁 pun very, very intended!).
Tangential, but the Emperor should have brought Magnus back to Terra along with Dorn.

That does depend if you just Alpharius POV which is......eh?
Dorn : "Have you ever heard of an Imperial Fist spy, brother?"
Alpharius : "No"
Dorn: Exactly. Do better"
Alpharius went on to not do better
Why would a spy listen to cannon fodder?

Ayyy, it's always a good day when Wolf Lord "1.5 playback speed is mandatory" Rho drops a 2 parter literally a day apart.
Alpharius rules Dorn drools.
Everyone says theyre not afraid of angron but i think the reality would be different if he was charging him

New conspiracy theory. Guilliman is Dorn. Dorn is Guilliman.

Sorry, they were both Alpharius all along...even in your head.
Guilliman is Microsoft office suite, Dorn is Autocad.
I always got the feel that Rogal and G-Man always had a good relationship, for primarcs
They were the real twins
